If you're looking for a CRM to get started with Nimble is a great choice. Easy to setup and use without requiring and administrator and tons of man hours to get up and running

Pros

Cons

Not as many robust features that a full scale CRM offers, but at the time we didn't need those features so it worked for us.

Relatively easy to use; comprehensive integration of CRM and social media activity; business card upload via the app; the app is excellent even as a fairly new user. Benefits: ease of staying in touch with clients and prospects; tracking activity; understanding the next steps in communicating with prospects and clients fast

Pros

The daily reports of social media activity, along with the calendar waiting for me every day. Also love the ease of tracking all activity with clients and prospects, and the new app's ability to upload contacts directly from a business card.

Cons

There is a bit of learning curve to understand where to find everything that is there. Additional tutorials and videos specifically addressed to each of the capabilities would be a big help.

Pros

Nimble has a great connection to social media and it will pull information from people's accounts so that you are updated. Also, the new group messaging is a great tool. It is also nice to connect your gmail and see all your correspondence with someone.

Cons

There are so many great tools to utilize, but sadly there are too many for our little organization. I wouldn't say that we dislike it because there are so many tools.

I can do multiple jobs on one screen, it is practical to use, you store safely, the support is efficient, I had a bug problem I needed to clear up doubts And I was promptly attended to a differential these days.

Pros

The practical resources in my opinion, is that you can organize all work tools in one connection, facilitating the team's work.

Cons

Sometimes bugs happen that cause a certain instability, and with a high demand for work I have to complement it with other software, because it is not so optimistic.

Pros

The best thing about Nimble as a CRM is that its like the Swiss Army Knife of Business Management Tools. You'd rather have expensive dedicated tools if you're only going to do one thing but Nimble enables recruiters, marketers and business owners to monitor and improve their workflow with very little hassle.

Cons

There's not even a learning curve here, its just intuitive, the amount of features and the specificity of some might be a bit daunting though.

I like that it works with BambooHR HRIS software that we use. Due to our location and number of employees, Nimble was the best choice for us - cost effective, easy to use and does what our business needs.

Cons

I find the actually hardware to be a little clunky and outdated - it still functions fine but wished it improved on its technology.

Pros

Navigation in the platform makes it one of the most easily usable platform. Makes work which needs collaboration easier with team members or members of other teams in the same organization Another noticeable feature is social media support and also lets us import data from social media accounts

Cons

Customer support is horrible Lacks quality which is noticeable easily Sometimes lacks basic functions

It was really a good app, sadly I couldn't continue using it after I left my last working place, now that I run my own business I will definitely give it a go

Pros

Nimble is definitely a preference when it comes to large corporations, you can manage your CRM, emails, social medias, contact and projects all at one platform , I love the dashboard and the total system

Cons

There's no drawback that I found to stop me using it, however it would better if they can improvise the Android app, for some reason LinkedIn keep shutting down.

Nimble is great for keeping information organized and notes on clients. The only thing I don't necessarily love is that it syncs with other websites so if I put in a client, it will sync to their linked in profile and I end up have duplicates of everyone. Other than that, it is great.

I think it has streamlined our CRM/Marketing efforst to gain more leads and ultimately, close more deals. It's very easy to use and easily integrate with other application if need be. It definitely has saved me a ton of time and work.

Pros

Such an easy to use platform. Some CRMs can be complicated, but Nimble was straight forward. It allows you to integrate with most of our other platforms that we use. They have a chrome plug in that makes it very convenient for tracking leads.

Cons

I believe it's only great for small or mid-market businesses, although you can integrate with other enterprise-sized CRMs, like Salesforce.

Pros

It promises to provide in-line info for people I'm emailing, and keep me on top of details about our communication.

Cons

It conflicts with other sidebar apps - overlapping text and buttons It rewrote my links in my emails so they reroute through Nimble - this needs to be removed, its invasive and bad for maintaining link integrity

With regards to link tracking, if you disable the tracking option in Nimble, the links will not re-route through Nimble. ### "Great CRM platform for social media integration"

Pros

Nimble helps businesses to integrated so much easier with social media platforms. It allows to create different groups, add tags to sort the contacts based on the information needed. It also allows to track the history and see the customer activities on social media. With Nimble it is easy to be more productive and grow a customer list for the business.

Cons

Nimble is not perfect yet, mobile apps can be improved. But for a fraction of the cost of other CRM solutions, it is a perfect choice for small businesses.

Pros

Easy to use chrome widget Nice design and layout

Cons

Pipeline reporting is not very robust No custom fields in pipeline Lost deal reporting lacks lost date.
