Pros I like that it helps with CRM. I love that I no longer have to BCC a huge list of people on emails, it syncs my contacts and sends individual emails to the list. Cons The price is $19 a user a month. With a lot of users (my company has over 90 employees) that can certainly add up. Pros We got this free for a year from Office 365, it works well enough and it works with zapier and other programs. Cons there's a limit under the free 1 year of how many clients you can have entered in to the system. It really slows things down if you have to constantly remove/add clients. I entered 2 different e-mails and it popped a modal window that told me to wait, with a spinner, but it never finished. After that I tried using password reset, which let me log in, but then it displayed more modals with comments about how great their product is, e.g. Mark Cuban says this is the greatest thing since sliced bread. There was no "X" to let me close the window, so I attempted to reload the page. Now I'm seeing the same modal box where Mark Cuban was telling me things, and it's just a big white empty modal box that I cannot get rid of. I tried logging out and back in, clearing my cookies, and it's just unusable... total junk. Pros There are absolutely no pros to using this product, that I can see. After several tries I cannot even get to a screen that will let me actually try out the product. Cons Free trial to check it out does not work. Pros Some features are really beneficial, these are contact management, pipeline management, deal tracking and task management. Cons The issue is that it bit difficult to actually find the activity without exploring the software. However, this is blessings in disguise that you unlock your knowledge about the product. Pros I have been looking for something that would bring together the different customer contacts ive made via email, social media platforms etc, and this is it. My favorite is the reminders - like stay in touch. I have tons going on, and that allows me to make sure important things and tasks don't get put on the back burner. Cons I initially had some issues with it loading up contacts from my database, but I don't think this was a major issue and it could have been as simple as a connection issue. I have been pretty pleased overall. A colleague advised me about Nimble, even though he is a reseller I trusted his opinion. I have been very satisfied with all aspects of this package, and that is why I continue to use Nimble to keep control of all of my business contacts, organizing my meetings, conference calls, and appointments. I highly recommend this software for all businesses, to assist in the efficient running of their databases, and therefore keep a handle on all their contacts.
