Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Nimble. It has streamlined my work processes and improved the way my team and I manage our relationships.

Pros

I've found Nimble to be an incredibly user-friendly CRM that seamlessly integrates with Office 365 and G Suite.

Cons

I generally love using Nimble, I did encounter a few challenges initially. The learning curve can be a bit steep for those who are not familiar with CRM tools, and I found that customer support could be more responsive.

Nimble has been great for managing leads and contacts along the sales lifecycle. The Prospector tool can not be understated, as it allows for really simple lead enrichment.

Pros

There are lots of great things about Nimble. My favorite features are the prospector tool, which allows you to pull and populate a leads information based off an email address. Additionally, the interface is user friendly and is the best value prop of any CRM I'm aware of. The integration to marketing automation like 366 Degrees also makes this a great option for small businesses looking to leverage CRM. If you choose not to integrate automation, there are some good templates for followups and messaging from the platform itself.

Cons

The only qualm I have with Nimble is the lack of a dedicated campaign function, but this is pretty easily worked around using tags and marketing automation suites. So far, this hasn't been an issue at all.

Just getting all your contacts into one place with social profiles and email history is a great. The amount of data entry is significantly less than other products (like Sugar CRM) that i have used in the past.

Pros

The integration with gSuite is great; its also pretty easy to create contacts and find their social profiles (linkedin, twitter etc.) Very easy to see past emails, schedule tasks and reminders for followups. Finding/Segmenting customers is good.

Cons

People join companies, leave and go to a new company. As such its important to see your personal relationship with that person across all the companies they have worked. Unfortunately there is no way to mark emails as "archived" so you don't really know quickly (without reading a bunch of history) that the email you selected is the wrong email. Also with the smaller version you are limited to the quantity of group emails you can send to 50. I find it cumbersome to select a client segment (such as inviting them to a training class) and tracking who I sent emails and where I left off... so if Nimble isn't going to do emails and you need to use something like mailchimp, that's great, but Nimble only has one-way integration...you can send emails to mailchimp...but you can't then see inside Nimble who received a mailchimp email.

A better feel for my customer's activities.

Pros

The Social Integration! It is clearly well designed for managing and benefiting from the social tools at your fingertips! The web interface makes it available pretty much everywhere. The richness of the information helps you walk in your customer's shoes!

Cons

In the beginning I didn't mind the monthly fee and felt as if they were growing the tool to fit the fee, however as it turned out they added some of the features we needed - but then tacked on additional fees to use them. Now it still lacks some of the real basic tools like being able to sort on various fields that you would just assume any CMS would have - but are still not present while they want to charge extra, a month for tools like an option to send out a batch emailing.

Pros

With Nimble you don't have to worry about storage and it helps with customer delivery, to track customers details and keep records of the customers you interacted with. It's very easy and simple to use in a very effective way.

Cons

There's absolutely no bad thing about the software because you can do things that's needed to be done in a very easy way.

Overall, I have had a great experience with Nimble. It gives me a greater sense of organization. Having the software worry about contacts/clients rather than me is a dream come true.

Pros

I love how the integration with Office 365 and G Suite. It makes building my contact list fast and easy to do. I don't really have to worry about manually keeping tabs on my contacts. I can just login and see my dashboard and review the last time I've contacted my clients.

Cons

Navigating tends to difficult at first, but once you are over the learning curve then it tends to get easier. If you follow the tutorials and use Nimble for awhile then you can start to get a feel for it. It's hard to get use to at the start.

Pros

Easy to set up task and routines. Shareable across computer and smart phones. Makes it easy to be productive from anywhere. Great resources available for business owners.

Cons

Confusing when it comes to intergrating with social media. Tricky to get it to sync between devices the first time.

Pros

This integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365. I love that all of my contacts are in one place. I also love that I can customize my dashboard - different businesses have different needs, and I feel like I've been able to customize my experience to perfectly suit what I'm doing.

Cons

I like that this is integrated with just about everything, but some integrations work better than others... For example, although we have several social media accounts, we can only choose one at a time. It's little frustrations like this that take time out of my day.

We rolled out Nimble across our sales and marketing workflows and have found it is saving us time in prospecting, managing contacts and deals, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Very helpful!

Pros

Nimble provides many different great qualities and features. The deal section is entirely customizable and allows you to create your own sales process unique for your enterprise. It is extremely easy to input information. Since our team is remote across a few states, this makes it very easy for the team to all store information and track progress on deals collaboratively. Management can see deal status easily and check in on communication with current and potential clients. Very helpful also for mail merges/bulk emails. It isn't as powerful as other tools but is good for smaller campaigns. Along with that, the phone app and social media functionality is very handy.

Cons

Mail merge functionality could be stronger. Better integration with LinkedIn. Some of our sales team mentions that the Android app isn't as strong as the iOS app.

Overall, Nimble is a nice product that I would recommend to anyone who needs easy-to-use CRM software.

Pros

The first thing you notice when you sign up on Nimble is the ease with which you set things up. You are basically guided by timely prompts on the screen to set your account up easily. At this point, you get to set up integrations to integrations to connect Nimble with other services that you use be it Microsoft 365 or G Suite. This is very useful if you are not familiar with the interface of Nimble because you can get started straight away with the basics without any difficulty. Once you've authorized Nimble to access your integrated account, then you can start managing your email schedules and contacts right from your Nimble dashboard. The importation of contacts is quite efficient and flawless. One really neat feature in Nimble is the fact that you can arrange your contacts into segments for better monitoring and accessibility. Since you can view your messages and reply to them all from your Nimble workspace, then this is more convenient than having to open your mailbox every time in my opinion. The messages are well synchronized with no lapses or disparities whatsoever; just exactly what you would obtain by opening your email provider's website. One other thing that I think is really nice about is the signals feature which lets you monitor your social network activities right from your dashboard and capitalize on signals and recommendations to make connections with your social contacts. Nimble is a nice SAAS CRM platform in my humble opinion.

Cons

Nimble clearly has its strengths, and for what I need, it clearly serves me well. The only con I can think of is maybe the pricing because there are cheaper options you can consider; in fact, some are free.

Pros

We recently started using Nimble. It synchronized all the contacts, calendar and emails, but the import works only for the last 3 months. It works to be integrated with Mail Chimp and Google G Suite, and some social media platforms. We can get the conversations from different social media platforms which makes easier to manage different projects.

Cons

Would be nice to see better integration with Linkedin and also Facebook messaging. Functionality can be improved.

After you have made this connection that last 90 days worth of your emails will sync to your Nimble account and continue to sync moving forward. LinkedIn made the decision to close their API a few years back to all 3rd parties. However, you can definitely download the Nimble Contact Add-in to your browser and use this directly within your LinkedIn account in order to find information about your contacts and add this information directly to your Nimble account. Very happy and the company also in their webinars is quite customer-centic and aproachable. I like the tool and I´m recommening them quite often.

Pros

A lot of sales activity happens outside of a crm. Places like linkedin. This where Nimble has its great strength. Without interrupting your workflow you can grab a contact, put him in a list and Nimble does the rest. Same goes for twitter or facebook. "I have a CRM allready" you might say. Still, nimble makes a lot of sense, because they are a super-connector between all your systems. You can use it as your primarly CRM but also as a middleware to synchronize different systems (email-marketing, event-registrations, etc...).

Cons

The segmentation is okay, but for shure there are companies that did a better job on that. Still keeping in mind that nimble has a great price-point for small and medium companies where complexity is kept low for a good reason.

Pros

Nimble CRM is an amazing tool for managing your customer relationships and leads. I've tried many customer relationship management tools in the past and this one is by far my favourite. My team can now talk with our customers in real time and share ideas from a central point of contact. We have seen huge growth over the last year using Nimble CRM.

Cons

There are some bugs from time to time but nothing serious:)

Pros

Nimble Storage has quickly become my favorite go-to for storage arrays. Why? Because of the amount of out-of-the-box features they come with including ease of use, ease of administration, native deduplication and compression, and auto-replication.

Cons

They can be pricey, but rightfully so, there really isn't anything I like least about these.

Learning experience for sure. Bled sweat and tears, pushing hard after hours and on weekends too. Shady, shady company. Uses people and throws them away. CSR told me he thought I was doing a great job, didn't look me in the face before he left on vacation and then his VP and HR fired me the week after.

Pros

I guess I am grateful that I learned to be more careful who I trust and where to dedicate my energy and efforts.

Cons

I was employee #7, accepted a starting salary less than my first entry level job because I believed in the dream of this product. Ask around and see if any of the original employees are still around. CSR sells a great story and at the end of the day, he's a salesman that lacks integrity.

Reason for choosing Nimble

It was a big mistake.

### "Was hopeful for more"

I was looking for a CRM that would help me keep in touch with approximately 2500 contacts. I really liked the social media interfaces that were available, but as LinkedIn, Facebook and others stopped the API with their platforms, Nimble started losing some of the appeal. Then, my contact data started getting corrupted. By corrupted, I mean random phone numbers would get changed from work to mobile or the phone number would disappear completely and all I'd have is the information from their LinkedIn profile with no phone number or emails address. Also, two and three duplicate contacts started appearing. I don't know if it was from the former social media syncs, or something else, but what a mess. And these were some of my top accounts. I had used PieSync to sync to Google Contacts. They said it couldn't be them. Nimble also said they couldn't understand how this could have happened. What I do know is I have a mess and have spent two long days working on duplicates. Now I have to spend who knows how much time to capture lost phone numbers and email addresses. I'm currently evaluating LessAnnoyingCRM and have also looked at Contactually and Insightly as possible replacements.

When we initially launched it, we didn't ask our users to make sure they merged potential duplicates in Google Contacts before syncing and this could have caused the issue with duplicates. Pros

Easily synchronizes your contacts across other platforms like office or gmail. It was easy to deploy and answered a lot of problems our sales team was facing.

Cons

Some times our users will customize themselves and forget where they placed items, this is easily fixed by checking the options for what they are looking for. This is a small and arbitrary complaint and only because I have to put something here. Nimble is a great CRM and gets the job done.

Integration of email and social media into profiles. It's great to be able to see connections with my social nets. Email integration is good. Scan a business card feature on mobile app is great.

Cons

Search can be slow. App lacks some of the features of the web version and doesn't fill in a company name from "memory" when adding new contacts.

A very comprehensive view of people are my prospects, my coaches & other businesses that support mine. Plus a large amount of data is gathered for me from several different sources. It helps me organize & inform my interactions with others which can only help increase my revenue.

Pros

The ability to gather not only social but contact information for people I am interested in. I have been able to grow my database with useful information quickly. What would take hours of searches across browsers & social apps can be accomplished very quickly. I also very much enjoy the flexibility Nimble has to fit my business and mode of work. I am not a marketing expert, so I appreciate Nimble being able to let me work into that role.

Cons

As good as Nimble is, there are a few, small things that I would like it to do better. The Nimble Contacts Widget could be better at gathering info from a web page. There are other small improvements I have already sent to Brian Bagley via his email address such as: \* It would be wonderful if Nimble could normalize names, emails, phone numbers, etc. \* I would really like the option of choosing bi-weekly as an option in the Stay In Touch drop-down \* It would be helpful to be able to add more than one company per person \* In the Nimble Contact app, all phone, address, URL, etc should default to Work As you see, these and others I noted are minor issues that could really make the daily interaction with Nimble a little more polished.

Very good - I know there are free CRMs available but pay for Nimble because of the ease of use and the functionality.

Pros

The functionality and the pleasant way it presents I really like the group messages and the information displayed. Excellent.

Cons

I would like to have Mailchimp and Sendoutcards integrated into the platform. Mailchimp - my newsletters etc sent out on Mailchimp do not follow in my touchpoints for an email address so my connection with the client/prospect is not fully accurate Sendoutcards - is a rather nice platform to send out cards - relationship marketing - having the details in Nimble means I don't need to put the details in two places.
