Cons

Doesn't have fully featured marketing automation. No automated workflow capabilities could do with much greater pipeline & funnel functionality

Pros

The price is reasonable and the social integrations are cool. The software is great for contact management and emails. Should be a good fit for many organisations!

Cons

It was a bit cumbersome to use hence why we've switched to a different CRM. The one thing that bothered us was that we have tons of tags to categorise prospects. But it wasn't that easy to just see everything in one place at all times.

Pros

The ability to scan business cards into contacts was a surprising and awesome feature. I also loved the e-mail widgets.

Cons

It's too similar to Linkedin, however you can integrate your Linkedin and others with Nimble and so it has the usability of Linkedin and more.

Pros

Nimble has been by far the best software our company has used. You can easily import contacts, ease of sending group emails, and overall productivity is remarkable.

Cons

None I love everything Nimble offers. No problems at all. Very easy to use and understand. Great software.

Pros

My customers are in a multi-state region and have weather dependent businesses so the weather and mapping feature is invaluable. The app takes a little getting used to but the business card scanner is a real time saver!

Cons

Logging activity from the app is not initially intuitive. I would like the ability to search the text in activities.

Pros

What I enjoy about using the Nimble software is its ability to leverage Office 365's functionalities seemlessly.

Cons

What I strongly dislike about Nimble software is that it does not have the best mobile application to carry your work to mobile devices.

Pros

The service has full integration with the social networks we need, including Facebook and Twitter. In Nimble, it was easy for me to move the base of my contacts from postal services in automatic mode, set it up and fully work.

Cons

I lack the ability to create a task list, exchange instant messages and track the implementation of current projects. Notifications do not always come to my mobile device.

I like the app and how easy it is to use. I've used other similar systems, and like this one by far. I will say there is quite a bit of improvement that can be made on it. For example, the email open notifications are helpful, but if I open the email that I sent, then the system thinks the person I emailed opened it. It's a glitch that I would love fix. Also, the "today" dashboard isn't very helpful. It would be better if we had the option to add or remove "modules" from it.

Ease of use, lots of good features

Cons

Some glitches like the notifications would be good to be fixed. If I reopen an email I sent, the system thinks that the person I emailed opened it.

It was a great experience. Although it just stopped out of nowhere - not sure why. We just need to be able to track clients, sales pipeline and have it be more visual.

Pros

Using Nimble allows in a short time to see what is happening in the current period of time. The software works stably, and in case of any problems you can easily contact customer support.

Cons

Nimble has a fairly large number of minor issues that we would like to be fixed. There were several cases where for unknown reasons I did not receive notifications.

It is a CRM software for office 365 and it is a very useful rather essential product in digital industry. It comes with a lot of functionalities and is completely worth for money.

Cons

Overall it's is good , it will make your works great but it is little bit expensive.

Pros

Well we can collect data from social media through their data enrichment features. We also get tracking features which is amazing and through this we can also chats in group to make our products fantastic.

Cons

If you have large database of contacts then it will sometimes becomes headache for you because it fails to upload your all contacts. Mobile application requires more updates in sense to make is easy to use but. Webapps is just good.

i think the UI looks good but at times it feels a bit busy and hard to follow. i think its a good start and is coming along

I switched to Nimble a couple of months ago and so far it works as intended .

Pros

I like that I can consolidate customer contact methods in the same place , this helps with reaching out .Integrating our already existing invoices was very simple .

Cons

Our old CRM had email tracking which I can't find on Nimble .This means I now spend more time following up about invoices.

We´d been looking for a tool to hold all contacts. Especially customers and resellers. And one of our requirements was a tool that could integrate with google so we did not have to work in several systems. Nimble just gave us what we needed. Thanks. We take another year.

Better design. More graphics. To many fields that we dont need.

Having others in the company in real time be able to access the information I input is good.

Pros

The speed of the program is nice and the link between users is nice

Cons

I find it difficult to navigate. Adding custom information is not easy to know where to put it. like personal emails associated to a company. I wish the search bar was not specific to companies or people.
