I like that it is well organized and super easy to navigate. It logs all my notes perfectly corresponding with my clients.

Cons

Clicking on an icon sometimes doesn't work but that just might be a computer failure.

1\. Easy to use and user interface is good enough. 2. Just for beginners, Human resource executives that are new to field can give it a try.

Cons

1\. Unable to provide features that are expected in the CRM. 2. Deletes your data after every 90 days period,that means unable to track past data.

This platform is well-laid out, with intuitive tabs, fantastic social media (especially LinkedIn) integration, and reliable customer support. It's one of the best databases I've worked in for some time, and I'm thrilled to help my organization expand into using it to its fullest potential!

Really clear layout, helpful customer support and training modules.

Cons

Inability to draw relationships between individuals in the system.

Pros

The program is highly organized and the search feature is perfectly optimized. It can be accessed from anywhere in the world making it extremely helpful during travel. It connects automatically with social media making it very helpful for a media based company like ourselves.

Cons

There's nothing to complain about this product. I don't understand the deals section and the stay in touch feature isn't helpful for us.

We use Nimble every day. It is the central hub of our customer and prospective customer info and the multitude of features make it a powerful tool. We have integrated it with numerous other systems but it is the starting point for most of our sales and marketing activities these days. As a team that works remotely, Nimble has become very important to our collaborative working and we are using it to coordinate our team and record all correspondence between team members and customers.

Pros

Powerful search and segmentation tools. Links in with social. Group emails and templates is a good feature.

Cons

No ability to automatically create tasks based on inputs - for example if a new record is added with a particular status assigned a task is automatically created. We have a work around for this using zapier but it is a clunky method.

I used this software for several months, and thought it was pretty effective for what I was trying to do. I love the social media integrations that search for signals, etc. I was not thrilled about the way it worked for teams though. It didn't work for my business, but it may work for a more traditional one.

Pros

Very good software on a really reasonable price, it can support multiple email accounts and it's well integrated with multiple social media outlets. It's quite easy to use and it gets the job done.

Cons

We find it difficult sometimes to quickly synchronize the emails and some functions need a bit of improvement( mobile version mostly)

Conveniently, the service has a variety of modules, for example, a separate folder for incoming messages, a schedule of events, monitoring the latest links. The system perfectly integrates with other services and this is another plus of it.

Cons

Some important project management features are missing. The first time had to be devoted to studying it. Email editor needs improvement.
