It is pretty good for collecting and organizing prospects but its pretty expensive for the extra features.

Pros

It saves time by automatically pulling and summarizing client data. Good notifications for continued engagement.

Cons

Built in email platform is not the best, we prefer to use gmail instead. Mobile is also not as good as on the computer.

Cons

When you are working with the non-upgraded version you can run into an email limit which a member of my had an issue with

Nimble is one software I like to use frequently, I love it and will suggest it to everyone for use. I enjoyed using it.

Pros

Great software, good speed, quality pictures and an excellent delivery service. With awesome beauty. Gives me what I demand anytime.

Cons

I like the quality and style of the software, I also love the design and the various features. Will suggest improve in quality.

### "False advertising... doesn't 2 way sync unless you purchase costly 3rd party software"

Tried asking for a refund, but not willing to consider it even though they new we needed 2 way sync early on.

Pros

Social Media on both the search and integration side is good just wished that the sync abilities were as intuitive.

Cons

2 way sync capabilites are reliant upon a third party so it becomes cost prohibitive to keep database up to date.

\- Hybrid SAN allows for very flexible allocation of the SSD drives to high i/o applications on demand - HPE's acquisition has the potential to expand Nimble's integration into its switching line

Cons

\- HPE's acquisition of nimble has not yet integrated the OS with its Aruba properties - Very expensive support SKU's

Pros

I really love how intuitive the software is. It helped me learn more about sales prospectives in a very effective way by pulling in social data

Cons

It takes a little while to get used to but the more contacts you put in, the more data will be scrubbed from the internet

Pros

The biggest pro is Nimble's ability to work with a variety of platforms 366 degress, Salesforce CRM, and Linkedin, It also eliminates manual research and updates leads.

Cons

What I would say I like the least is the email editor. I recommend a Nimble add on.

Nimble has all the right ideas, but lots of clunkiness. Gmail integration particularly. -and there have to be ways multiple people can work on the same deal.

Pros

Tags. Social media integration.

Cons

Complicated. Buttons and features are all over the place. Can't share deals.

Was tasked with researching various CRM apps. Had a free trial with Nible. Really liked the color palate and icon/design features. Nimble offers easy to use software to improve a company's marketing and engagement with clients/supporters.

Cons

Nothing, we didnt go with the software due to our budget limitations.

Cons

The mobile app is not very good at all. I've had problems with it ever since I downloaded.

It's close to what I am looking for in a CRM. The social aspects are nice. So many tools out there. This one is right up there

Cons

So much choice in the CRM space. If you are going to pick one there are so many competitors. In the end I went with something else but this was right up there in my decision making

Nimble fits my strategy for establishing, managing, and harvesting strategic-sustainable relationships by providing me with a tool that is intuitive and scalable. It integrates very well with the tools that I currently use such as Gmail and my social media accounts including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. I also like the training videos, webinars, and more importantly their philosophy with regards to relationship management. Nimble isn't just another CRM tool, it is a strategy, process, and method for engaging with your key stakeholders in a intelligent and productive manner.

Cons

It lacks a webform or lead page option for adding new contacts directly into the Nimble database.

This app potentially helps build the business based on who you follow and their activities. Also, marks who starts following you. Web browser plugin is more robust and useful for building connections than the mobile app. The mobile app is good for notifications and some maintenance.

Pros

The desktop browser plugin has some glitches but generally works well at giving you related social feed based on online selections.

Cons

Mobile app doesn't allow you to access full potential of building connections based on selecting social presence of potential clients found online.

I love using Nimble. It's fast, efficient, easy to understand and navigate, and its social profile search capabilities are impressive. About the only thing I can say could use improvement is the filtering/sorting capabilities and how duplicate contacts are handled. I imported all my networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, Gmail, etc.) and ended up with well over 12,000 contacts. From that point on, nearly all the filtering/weeding/labeling process was manual, which took a hell of a long time. In some cases, there were functions I tried to use to help speed up the process that didn't work for me (likely because I'm stubborn and was probably doing something wrong,) but in other cases, sorting and filtering features that seem like basic common sense to me don't appear to be included. That said, Nimble is still miles ahead of any other comparable product in the space. Well worth the investment.

Pros

I'm very satisfied with this program. It allows me to stay focus on the task at hand. It also allows me to stay very organized.

Cons

My company just started trying this program out and so far there is nothing negative I can say about it.

I prefer a separate site to manage my customers and CRM. It is hard to not be a bit awkward inside of Gmail with the regular pace of change.

Pros

Pretty inexpensive to purchase and has a decent number of integration options like Hubspot and Zendesk.

Cons

To be honest, I found this not as intuitive to learn. It's not easy to navigate and seems to be pretty clunky. It's also pretty limiting, and lacks basic email responses to inquiries. A bit frustrating.

Pros

your ability to add email contacts is a time saver I can connect with multiple email addresses an extra for communication

Cons

there is no way to mark emails as archived I can send emails to mailchimp but you can not see inside Nimble who received a mailchimp email.

Pros

With Nimble you can nurture relationships, and leverage social insights. Nimble's platform is making you sell smarter!

Cons

The storage starts at 2GB, that is not really enough if you are a heavy document user, but you can grow as your needs do.
