Pros It was appealing and has simple features to use for a certain business setting. Nimble helped us to consolidate some contact info and become much more organized. Cons For the cost I would like to see some additional features. Seems to be a little one dimensional. " November 17, 2014 3.5 Pros I used to think it was a good system and believed in the company, but as I loaded more and more data (8k+ records including too many duplicates), I began to lose faith. Cons There's no global duplicate search and merge feature despite numerous requests from many users for this. There's been no acknowledgement for this requirement. The company statement was that duplicates should not be created, but they are, as they are with many databases. When the database gets large, it becomes a big problem to manage. The proposed solution is to export, use an external tool, and import, which is not acceptable because all notes are lost through the process, and it is not a clean solution. Review Source TS Tyler S. Nimble provides all the functionality you require to do this. Pros Integrates with a variety of social networks so you can view and interact with status updates for contacts from a variety of courses. In general, the platform itself is not bad: there is a CRM; there is an adapted mobile application; There is a plugin for Chrome to work with social networks. Problems concern payment. Cons For some time I stopped using the service. However, the money for the next month's subscription, I still withdrawn, despite the freezing of the account. April 7, 2022 4.0 Pros It's refreshing to see a CRM that isn't 100% sales person driven. Account Management and marketing efforts are tracked nicely within the solution. Pricing is VERY easy to understand with one simple plan. Cons The interface was a bit difficult to get used to. For those who have used other CRM solutions, it may cause some issues. I find it to be a great tool for finding information about people. I only wish it had better Sales pipeline features. I need to create and track deals as they progress. At first, I was simply mesmerized by the auto-import feature of contacts, when you just need to enter the e-mail address and the system does everything by itself. It is also very convenient to organize a system for coordinating events using calendars. Cons Nimble has integration with many other services, but not all options work as it should.
