The price is great and if you are running a business on a budget then this will be a better tool than salesforce

The features are not as full as other competitors but for the price you really cannot go wrong with nimble

Overall Nimble has been rock solid and easy to use.

Pros

We use Nimble for a smaller self contained VMWare setup and so far it's been fantastic, easy to use and no technical issues thus far.

Cons

Haven't really found anything yet that I don't like about it.

Pros

I really enjoy the Microsoft Office 365 and Google apps integration. Nimble is competitively priced and affordable.

Cons

Exporting tags can be very confusing and took awhile to fully understand. We ended up using custom fields.

Pros

This software is very easy to use. It works well with Gmail and Chrome. The Chrome Plugin works well with social media accounts. You can tag and export to MailChimp. I really like the interface.

Cons

LinkedIn won't work with Nimble. It doesn't integrate with Slack.

Main issue: There are not enough fonts when sending out emails (especially when trying to follow corporate style). The formatting is too limited as well. When pasting data into Nimble emails, the output when the email is received gets distorted. Needs the flexibility of Outlook or other such email systems.

Pros

Import of social media data.

Cons

Email restrictions when compared to using Outlook etc. Would be good to be able to select social media recommendations. i.e. if working on a solely national basis, only UK people show up.

Overall, I think this is good deal at available price. Features outweigh the cons. Its has really helped us build up better connectivity with our client base and improve with existing clients.

Pros

Its easy to segment data by applying tags. Its has affordable price the comparative other apps providing CRM You can search anything using any keyword- for say name/address/gender/location, whatever. One of the best thing is group messaging feature.

Cons

Its hards to sync with other day to day used applications. If required to do its impossible without using sync tool. Thats tedious. There's no autoresponder function. Unable to access email using Nimble.

Pros

I like the simple integration to email and contacts. Anywhere on Chrome I can find out more about a prospect and their social profile through Nimble's extension. Being the heavy competition on the web, this makes it just a little easier. Getting all my social media updates without having to go to various sites is awesome and time saving. There is no getting lost looking up one thing.

Cons

So far as I am using it, I have not run across any issues.

For the few months I have used Nimble, I am very happy with their services. I was able to import my contacts with ease. This made me engage my customers easily. I can also manage my data and get insights on sales seamlessly.

Cons

Nimble can be quite confusing especially when you are starting to use it. I think they can do better by making the interface more friendly.

From its G-mail and Chrome supported extensions, to its customer support representatives, the tool attends even the most demanding users. I use it to manage more than 2.000 contacts at the Brazilian Society of Networking.
