We as a company have struggled to find a CRM that appropriately mirrors our needs and I think we are going to be settling in with Nimble. It has a very easy flow for all of the day to day functions and enjoy the general layout. Wish we had a little more control of the account list as a whole, but understand that a lot of that problem has been created by us jumping around services as much as we have. It is also significantly less expensive than the competition. Definitely, deserves best value award.

We had been looking for an easy to use CRM for quite some time. After giving to other software a test run we decided Nimble was the best fit. It had the social features we wanted to stay in our customers buying cycle and its UI was logical. It's a system everyone can pick up and implement quickly without having to hire a full-time employee to rollout. We love Nimble!

Pros

Easy integration with all of my contacts, tracks my emails and works extremely well with most of my smaller email marketing campaigns.

Cons

The mobile app could use some work and has a fewer amount of formatting tools compared to others.

The software that is included with the Nimble storage is a real game changer, it makes storage great again, not an obscure black box with no metrics or information.

Cons

It has few limitations on the server connections, but they are few.

interface was clean and up to date. not cluttered. fast and sourced data feeds quickly. maybe too much emphasis on social and not enough on overall customer interaction

Cons

not the company wide communications or collaborative platform we're looking for. CRM's are worthless unless you have some out bound lead gen activities feeding them. CRM is a part of the problem but not the standalone solution to overall customer interaction

Pros

It makes it way easy to source all social contact information and our mutual contacts so that I can frame a "warm" call with the prospect and have a better chance of doing business with them. It also helps me easily prioritize the contacts I want to engage with, and it automates the follow up process for me. The best thing is that I can communicate with prospects via email or social media directly through the Nimble app. This makes life way easy and productive.

Cons

Not applicable. The app is very good. Sometimes I find bugs, but they are quick at fixing them. I also wish they supported multiple twitter handles and pages.

I have continued to stay subscribed and hopes of attaining an organic and simple way of coordinating with social media connections.I see the possibilities, but I am a solo entrepreneur with no CRM experience . I have not been able to find basic support for my beginning level of expertise in this area.

My first encounter with Nimble was very positive. The first thing I did was adding my Gmail account and you can start syncing messages and contacts. This takes some time initially but it is only one time that you have to do this process. From now on you can write, reply and view conversations from Gmail directly in Nimble. I actually like it better than Gmail now. Later I added Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, which was not problem at all. Everything is very intuitive. The best about Nimble: There’s hardly any loading! Clicking on the social media feed and then back to my 500+ contacts takes less than a second. I haven´t discovered all the possibilities that Nimble offers me until today, but now I am already very happy with the software.

Very good appearance & navigation , the support and communication from your head office contact area was good but they couldn't actually tell me how ms outlook could be streamlined into your product esp contacts

Not integrate with M/Soft Outlook, especially contacts but not integrate sufficiently, for my use, with M/Soft Outlook. Add ons seemed cumbersome when i wanted totally outlook-compliant

So far everything seems to be going well. I like being able to collaborate with coworkers but sometimes I am unsure of the quality of information going into the database

The software is neat in that it allows you to capture information in different ways about those you are looking to do business with. It is relatively easy to use and navigate.

Cons

It is said you need to have correct information put into your database to get the correct information out and sometimes I am not sure the software is capturing what we need it to. As a newer user I don't feel we have utilized the software to its fullest potential

I enjoy using Nimble. It definitely makes my job easier. I like that it integrates with MS and that it pulls in additional information about my contacts such as social media information.

Pros

I like the ability to make groups and segments of my contacts as well as the ability to create custom categories.

Cons

It's a bit challenging to make sure the right view that I choose stays active. I seem to have to recreate or reselect views when I'm switching between lists.

Overall I was a skeptic when I bought it as I thought it would be all like other CRM systems but this kind of change my thoughts it was a little difficult to learn initially but then I think once you learn it it becomes a part of your routine I also love the notifications an Email tracking feature embedded inside the software

Pros

I like that it takes social media aspect of CRM, twitter, linkedin, instragram--love that partKeep trying, I want to a reason to buy your product! I use it mostly for recruiting business.

Cons

It was confusing. I ended up using Zoho and Inisghtly, however I wanted to use your guys way more, but there were limitations. Promising however not powerful enough for full CRM capabilities.
