Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. I cannot imagine ever needing an alternate CRM software!

Pros

It’s works amazingly for small email marketing campaigns. I enjoy getting notified that someone has read an email After I’ve sent it, and I can set up those alerts in my phone which is handy. I also use it to manage more than one business. My restaurant, and my freelance business, and it works amazing.

Cons

If I had to pick a negative, id have to say it’s the Cellphone App. It’s just not as useful as I envisioned it would be, and doesn’t allow me all the options I would like, as some are restricted.

With many channels of communication, it's easy to get spread thin. Nimble is, as the name suggests, a great too to stay nimble and see in one place who you contacted and what are upcoming opportunities to build your relations.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive.

Cons

Does not use all types of mail accounts.

Too many issues as outlined above. It didn't take me long to drop it.

Pros

I like how it gathers contact info & social media links from prospects

Cons

It was customizable enough for my liking, and it wasn't compatible enough with LinkedIn which is what I use mostly. Plus many of the suggested social media handles were wrong

Many clients are using other networks so with Nimble's flexibility with other apps we are able to link all clients on other social media platforms

Pros

Simply beautiful app, very impressive with templates, easy segmented folders for all clients and staff, easy download and helps to track all team members

Cons

It is a hands-on app but it is too elaborate as any features in one app which makes it too elaborate

As a social info and email gathering service, it's good. Nimble is cheap but not nasty. It is not as fully featured as some other CRM packages, but it is fairly simple and easy for most of our needs.

Pros

Nimble is the cleanest-looking CRM on the market. I like the minimal design, and focus on useful features like to-do lists and calendar with deadlines.

Cons

Sometimes the group messages created with Nimble do not format the way I want them to. I'd like to attend a webinar or other training to learn how to use that feature effectively.

I am not entirely tech-savy and basically had to figure out everything on my own from the get-go. I did not find the navigation to be entirely intuitive. Sometimes I was able to get what I needed and could access my work but other times had difficulty doing so. The way the info was stored made it hard to return to sometimes.

Nimble saved me hundreds of hours of time from doing data entry for updating a "traditional" CRM like Salesforce. It also integrates with social media and allows you to send messages directly inside the platform and so much more! Hands down, this is the best on the market!

Pros

The integrations save so much time and help avoid major data entry.

Cons

I wish the mobile app was more functional. Since I'm on the go a lot, I've not used Nimble as much due to this.

The available auto-complete and integration features allow us to significantly save time when creating our own databases. The software is able to integrate with more than 100 different applications.

Cons

I do not have enough options for instant messaging. The mobile version of the application needs some improvement. At times, there are difficulties in interacting with social networks.
