We are still a new company and we are still exploring the product, have to ask my team members and will get back to the Nimble team on this.

Pros

1\. Social Media Integration - You just need to update the data or upload it from your emails and it will automatically pull all the data of your leads. For example. It will show you your leads social media information, it will pull data from Linkedin and also gives you direct email address and phone numbers. 2. Easy to track your data - You can easily track data and talk to your team about the sales 3. Tracking your sales 4. Notes 5. Customer Service is too good

Cons

1\. Uploading of data - Its some times difficult to upload the data and you have to connect with the customer service for help 2. Updating of Emails

Nimble is great for keeping up with social connections rather than sales. I love the Chrome plugin, very intuitive and great for capturing data on different websites. However, the integrations for Signals do not work or are difficult to establish. Overall I like the product and am using it but for the price, I would like to see more functionality. If you would like me to expand on any of this, please email me, I would be happy to give detailed feedback.

Pros

The Chrome plugin. Email and address book integrations. User design and experience.

Cons

Signals. Social media monitoring is difficult to integrate. Tasks and notes should integrate with Google or Outlook tasks. Needs visual degrees of separation like LinkedIn. Emails need filter and sort options. Calendar inputs do not sync unless set up through Zapier or a third party.

Of course, every tool is only worth the effort you put into using it. But with Nimble, it's very easy to use (get the browser app for multiplying the ease of use) so you're able to put the effort into staying connected with your contacts, not trying to learn a CRM program. I especially like the integrations and the ability to "one stop shop" for all things social, networking, and connections. This is one of the foundation tools you must have in place for networking success!

Keeps me aware of all my contact with my clients. Love the running thread it gives me to remind me of our conversations.

Pros

I like that it captures so much information so quickly. I don't have to do all the research and clicking around to find the person's info.

Cons

It doesn't work with POP email. With IMAP its great, however, GoDaddy wants to charge an arm and a leg for IMAP which doesn't work for me.

If you are in job hunting and if you want to be up to date on industry get Nimble!

Pros

Nimble is one of the powerful CRM software with high demand. It has a lot of features that improve communication and collaboration of the workforce. Also, it has a lot of other features such as calender's, notes etc. Nimble is very useful in finding job opportunities and making connections with the industry that are useful.

Cons

Nimble does not have user-friendly interphase. Looks very contemporary and does not attract the community to sign up on nimble instead of Linkedin. Which is a co-competitor.

Very easy to use, I feel the price is fair. Customer support has been great. I appreciate receiving email reminders.

Cons

The only thing I did not like was the attempt to upcharge. I kept receiving emails that I needed to add storage space.

I used Nimble for a year when arriving at a new job. We needed a new way to organize client stories and history. The ability to import contacts, organize their information and then bring in broader information from Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn was fantastic. The biggest problem I had with Nimble was the inability to search across the entire database for keywords or phrases. Yes, you can plug in keywords, but if I took notes about a client and entered it in as a note reminder, then searched that phrase later, it would not show up. The customer service folks were great and tried to help, but ultimately this was not a problem that could be fixed.

Pros

Ease of use.

Cons

The search function does not help with notes.

It's a great place to tag and track sales prospects.

Pros

Very easy to figure out whom I need to follow up with and what I need to say. I also like being able to import contacts from all over social media.

Cons

Not integrated easily with my email service provider. It's also hard to upload the sales pipeline, and the steps in the sales process for prospects.

Nimble is very easy to use, and has a number of great features that other more complicated crm's just don't have unless you want to pay a premium, and then they come with many other things I just don't need. I love the connection with linked in and the speed that I can add new contacts and notes. Support has also been very responsive in the past with features I felt were missing and soon after those features were actually added (\*i'm sure there was a high demand)

We have been with Nimble for a little over 2 years. Depending on the size of the company, I would recommend this product. You can chat with someone pretty much at any time, and they answer your questions with little wait time.

Pros

They are very helpful. If you want a feature, you can ask, and they might be able to add it.

Cons

Can be slow running, and when you type someones name in they don't always come up right away.

Nimble works extremely well with LinkedIn and I've been impressed by the contacts I have been able to make. Nimble is a simple but very effective software app.
