### "An Excellent CRM for Quote Pipeline Management"

Overall, Nimble has been great for tracking quotes in the pipeline and managing contacts.

Pros

The quote pipeline in Nimble is the best feature by far. Being able to visualize and track hundreds of quotes helps us to follow up with customers at the right stages and increase sales.

Cons

The email integration isn't perfect in Nimble. You don't have access to any of your folders and you can't move an email to any of your folders.

Great software and not sure what I would do without it at this point.

Pros

Easy to use as it has one of the most intuitive interfaces I've ever used. Connects to anything and everything which makes it super useful. Nimble makes more productive every day!

Cons

Can run into email limit if you don't upgrade, but can always just do some outside the system. No other major cons I can think of.

Nimble is great! I don't have to import my contacts into a CRM one by one, Nimble just does it automatically, once I integrated Nimble to my email and gave all the permissions I opened the applications and all of my contacts where in there already, even people who I thought I lost their info. Definitely worth every penny.

Pros

Nimble has so many features ( I still think I haven't figure them all out) but it integrates with existing email applications and pulls out your contacts from there. You can also add people as you read their emails by clicking on the icon that appears below the email (if you have added the Nimble Contact widget to your browser). There's real time data being pulled out as you open someone's email (sources are facebook, linkedin, instagram, twitter, and other applications where people create profiles) so you can link a person to the email contact and then select the right social media profile to link the person. It has so many cool stuff it's impossible to name them all.

Cons

It has so many features that it gets a little overwhelming if you're a beginner with Nimble, even though it's relatively easy to figure out how things work, still takes time to get used to a new way of keeping track of leads, clients, and everything else. All the features are completely amazing and so useful, just don't expect to get it right away.

Pros

Sales Intelligence, Intelligent Email tracking is the best feature I like most. We the help of this feature we can boost our sales by targeting the best customer that the sales team wants.

Cons

As of now, I don't have anything which I like least about this software.

Compatibility with social media. The value for the features I receive. The integration with email is awesome and makes it easy to upload contacts.

Cons

It would be great if it integrated with LinkedIn, but I understand that this is because of LinkedIn, not because of Nimble.

LinkedIn made the decision to close their API to all 3rd parties. However, you can definitely download the Nimble Contact Add-in and use this directly within your LinkedIn account in order to locate information about your leads and add their information directly to your Nimble account. I use Nimble every day. I have one installation just for my personal contact. I have had it implemented it at five different businesses that I have either been the CEO, CMO, or a business development advisor to. It always receives excellent feedback. Most CRM implementations fail as the user doesn't put in the effort to add or manage contacts. Nimble makes that part so painless which above all other features and this has what has lead to users actually keeping up their activity, not lectures or reminders from the CEO.

Pros

If you use Google mail and Chrome then the Nimble Chrome widget is game changing. It brings the whole CRM into gmail and allows for instant contact management. You can even mouse contacts in web pages and add them instantly. It's cost at $15 a user is also amazing. SalesForce is too expensive and clunky for most businesses.

Cons

I wish there was more control around data segregation. Although you can prevent users from downloading the database it would be nice be able to hide your contacts from other users in special circumstances.

Integrates all my contacts and leads from a range of sources into one easily accessible dashboard. I am also able to track leads and deals through the commitment process, benchmark progress, identify what works, and better understand return on investment at the project level.

Pros

I most like opening a contact to find their social streams featured alongside my emails and notes. It makes remaining current and personal much easier, and saves me hours in research time. I also like that the deals board is customizable. I tailored it to include benchmarks for projects so those can be tracked incrementally through the completion process.

Cons

The "today" dashboard is duplicated within the activities tab. Adding tasks and updating calendars isn't something I do here. I also find the "keep in touch" rotation a bit of a distraction.

Overall. I really like what Jon and team are doing here. The ability to coordinate contacts across social networks is a major convenience. Keep in mind that I'm not selling or consulting today, but I am a power user of several social networks and an avid publisher of content and networker. For me, in my situation, it's very helpful. If I \*were\* selling, though, this would be a complete no-brainer. And Jon is listening to the market and having regular discussions with sales thought leaders, so I'd predict the app is only going to evolve in positive ways that deliver even more value.

Pros

Nimble pulls together not just the various social profiles of your network connections and what they're doing on social sites, but email as well. It's a one-stop shop source for everything related to your connections. I don't use Activities today, but the calendaring function could also be helpful and I may try it in the near. I'm also not selling, but like that there is a Value Proposition piece in the Deals section.

Cons

It's a shame that LinkedIn isn't more cooperative and now requires CSV imports. I get the competitive angle, and I'm sure LinkedIn views Nimble as a threat to their burgeoning CRM/Sales Navigator business, but it's short-sighted for the industry, in my opinion. I don't believe the closed approach is going to help elevate the sales profession. (They'll allow me to export my contacts, and import them into Nimble, so why not make it easier for me?) This isn't within Nimble's control, but it is a downside. I add 10-15 connections a week, easily, so my system is always out of date.

Overall, my experience with Nimble has been great. It is so helpful to have a contact list created without having to do any work of your own, and the software makes it so easy to manage your contacts. I have a few annoyances and pet peeves, but overall, this is the best contact management software out there, hands down.

Pros

The best part about Nimble is that it does all the contact information collection itself, building your contact list, including from web browsing, and then filling in all important information quickly and without you having to do anything. That's an incredible timesaver, cause having to create a new contact yourself every time is such an annoyance. It also has an incredibly helpful function that tracks every contact you have made. Lastly, the software also has a very intuitive interface and is very easy to use/figure out.

Cons

The deal management function could use an upgrade - it would help if you could create categories for certain pipelines and conversations rather than having everything somewhat jumbled together. Also, small annoyance, but it would be nice if your email signature could be more creative and unique, with links and logos/pictures.

The support is fantastic! Knowlegable and responsive.

Pros

I like the quick segmentation of contacts. Create a structured search query through the wizard. Once you get the result set just right, then give it a name and it gets saved as a segment...any new contacts that gain the qualifications to match the query are automatically displayed as part of that segment.

Cons

Often to do "mass edits" you have to export the records you want to change, edit them in a spreadsheet and then re-import them.

It allows me to manage the information of my social profiles from a single platform, allowing to send messages, consult data and have the information of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Email in a single place. It is wonderful and I love it!

Pros

Nimble is a unique and exceptional software. My way of connecting from my work to my social networks has drastically combined. It is very efficient, its interface is simple which makes it easy to use. It is very intuitive, what makes it truly indispensable.

Cons

What I did not like is that you should be on a waiting list to be able to make use of this software wonder and it is worth waiting for it.

It has helped me a lot in interacting with my customers thereby tracking the relationships between each other and mostly it has helped in securely storing information about my customers .

Pros

First this software not only helps in customer delivery but also it helps in storage and track of customer details where they are the relationships and what they ae doing. Next the layout of this nimble is not only nice and simple but also it has no difficulty in learning. Lastly it does not only track but keeps history of the last customer you interacted with.

Cons

Since I have not used for a long time, it is hard for me to say negative side of this software but there is this issue that it requires to reload the page every time I use the shortcut to move back.

Pros

It is easy to set up and use. And its user interface is easy to navigate through. Also, their customer support is outstanding. I also love the reminders feature that keeps you in touch with people.

Cons

So far, the app is working properly without any hurdles, and I can recommend it to any proprietor or individual looking for a way to manage their contacts or social media.

Nimble has been an overall positive experience that is affordable and has the right amount of features that I need for its use case.

Pros

All web-based, so I could easily update and access from any device, anywhere. The Google Chrome extension that allows me to automatically add profiles from names I highlight is one of the best features. There is also a business card scanning feature for your phone which helps save a lot of time when having to enter new contacts after conferences and events.

Cons

Overall the software doesn't react as fast because it is web-based. I notice there is usually a little lag after hitting a button or clicking a link. Also, information from LinkedIn sometimes is outdated and will not show appropriate bio photos or information from some users.

Perfect for freelance and small companies, in an only easy app you can manage all your contacts and sales. Difficult to manage when your contact numbers increase.

Pros

In a very short time you are working with nimble. It is very easy to configure, data import is very quick, with a powerful assistant. You can can manage a lot of info from every contact, you can exploid to segment.

Cons

When you have a lot of contacts, something that happens quickly, as you import contacts from social networks, google, ... it is very difficult to manage. You have to work with third apps for manage duplicates, as example. Only available in English

Overall it’s a great idea a great product but I think they can get a little more on top of the technical aspects of it and that’s about it. I’m on the go, I need things done fast, with less of my time stuck on emails that are worthless and daunting

Pros

I live how everything, and I do mean every thing, is there. One stop shop to all of you’re things right off the back. You can easily keep track of sales, your agenda, your contacts, your emails, I mean the sky is the limit.

Cons

If you have any issues it seems to take forever for them to try and figure out what the problem is. Going back and forth on email with a clueless person each time was draining. When you’re counting on things to go right with business and your main functionality is broken you feel maimed. Helpless. I didn’t like that lost feeling.

Pros

The software is very user-friendly. For sales or simple tracking, this tool has little to no learning curve.

Cons

The plug-ins require one too many steps. The error percentage when predicting/completing a profile using the automated search is still a little high, its a new feature though.

Since we are a growing startup, tracking our sales team members is extremely important to see if we are going in the right direction. Nimble helped our sales team to easily maintain customer relationship and have successfully built an effective lead generation and nurturing process. Importing/exporting contacts are easy and don't require much training. Overall, it is one of the easiest CRM I have come across.

Pros

I like how Nimble is extremely easy to use and can work well with outlook. Tracking the team's activities was really helpful for us as we are a startup and looking to grow our sales revenue. Also, defining the sales process was easy in Nimble CRM.

Cons

I have faced some difficulties while integrating APIs but as it is not a priority now, I have skipped it. But, I would like to suggest the Nimble team provide some guidelines, how-to videos on it.

I like Nimble, but the support team needs to improve, it takes forever to get things fixed.

Pros

I like that once a contact is added to Nimble I can see other social media from that contact. Nimble prospector is also a great way to see If the interest of that contact is the same as mine.

Cons

It was a pain when I tried to send emails to multiple contacts, that didn't synced properly and it send the emails to everyone and created a conversation. Customer tech support is really bad as well, so when I had any questions I started trying to figure these out myself.
