I used it for a few months. I liked the option that you can import from LinkedIn and add all your contacts but overall the dashboard felt a bit too cluttery and could be simplified. I felt that certain thing could have been organized differently to make it easy to use and make the more overall experience better.

Overall, Nimble is a fantastic social layer to your CRM. It helps you to start personal conversations with anybody online. If you need to keep track of your conversations with prospects, then it's a great CRM.

Pros

The social media integration of Nimble makes it a great CRM. You're able to see what your social media connections and prospects are up to so that you can start a warm conversation with then.

Cons

There's nothing to not like about Nimble. It's great software and the team behind it keeps making improvements.

Nimble offers' a 14 day trial allows to test the product before you commit . It doesn't require a CC to do so.

Cons

The amount of space is limited to 5GB per month at a cost. This is not enough for a standard environment.

I have been trying to use Nimble for CRM at a nonprofit. The categories and tags just are not good enough for my work. I haven't spent as much time with this as I should, but the last time I was trying, I felt the lack of customization in terms of labels and tags was a real drawback. Might just be me and my lack of knowledge and persistence.

Easy to use, great way to save information and easy to access information I have saved. took no time to learn how to use

Cons

It would be great to have a litlte more control about what you select to save and copy. Not sure how this would be accomplished though lol

We started using Nimble to connect and build relationships with mid to senior level technical leaders in enterprise sized companies. I love the group messaging feature and social listening capabilities. If you're a startup you may even get a discount on the subscription fee! If you need a way to send targeted communications, and track all of the relationships you're building I'd highly recommend Nimble.

Nimble is easy and efficient to use. I've been on it for a few months now and I love how it organizes all my clients and is easy to sort and organize by their tag. I'm able to keep track of all our conversations with that client, and we also get follow-up reminders to reach out to them if we'd like to schedule that as well. We can take notes on the profile page, and all the profile pages are intuitive. One of my favorite things about Nimble is that they help you merge contacts so that there aren't duplicates, or if they seem like they are the same person but have had multiple jobs.

Overall, compared to similar programs, Nimble is by far better.

Pros

On the computer Nimble works well. Great visuals, easy to use and customize to what you need it to be at.

Cons

The mobile app for Nimble has some bugs and kinks that need to be fixed. It doesn't load or display right.

Overall good experience with nimble. The reminders are helpful to keep in touch with clients frequently.

Pros

The most impact feature of Nimble is the ease of use to stay in contact with clients. It is easy to lookup and reference any conversations and the last time you kept in touch.

Cons

The software has a steep learning curve. In order to use it fully there is a lot of research that needs to be done in order to take advantage of the features.

Aggregation is the best feature. One can get together contacts from social networks, emails, Excel sheets and other sources in a single source of truth.

Been on Insightly for about 6 months. The deeper I get into it the more I realize it does not have the features I need. However, Nimble has everything that Insightly has - but on steroids! I just discovered Nimble a few days ago after getting frustrated with insightly. Nimble is taking it to a new level and breaking ground. Insightly is comfortable where they are and I dont see them making any improvements in the near future. They have a don't care attitude

Its got everything I need!

Cons

Its a little buggie...but nothing tech support cannot overcome.

Pros

I used Nimble several years ago but eventually switched to a competitor. Currently, I’m working with a client who uses the app so now I'm using it again and it has improved dramatically. I really like the contacts widget and how easy it is to update contact information. In addition, the ‘group’ message and emailing features have been invaluable.

Cons

None at the moment. Glad client helped me rediscover it.
