Pros

The contact management is really good and the software itself is easy to use and was fast to learn. The chrome extension made the overall experience with the software better.

Cons

There is only one pipeline and the home page may need to be improved, it can be overwhelming and confusing at first.

Helped me streamline contact outreach and saved time, which is the same as saving money

Pros

Cheap to get started, and saves you the trouble of having to keep a bunch of different tabs open when trying to look through lots of contacts for the purposes of outreach

Cons

Should be easier to export lists and filter lists out so that you can integrate with other apps, but otherwise no complaints

Pros

Nimble is a absolute must have for the big or even small business owner!! It helps you grow your relationships within and outside your business to help your company grow & there is no credit card needed to get started!

So far I personally have no quarrels with this software I like it and use it for my small business!

Affordable I have been using it for over six months and I have been loving it. The ease of use and the affordability are the most attractive features I would say. The contact manager is great and shows an overview of all the company's contacts and contacts can also be imported from anywhere online. Basically, I am extremely satisfied.

Pros

Small teams so you get to be involved in the entire life cycle of the software which is an excellent experience. Creativity and independence are encouraged. Management is easy to talk to and everyone is very friends with each other. Keeping software up to date with new platforms keeps your skills up to date.

Cons

Pros usually offer contracts instead of full-time employment (could be a pro as well).

Good software but did not use the features to their capacity. I was not able to capitalize on everything we were paying for with this product. Great customer service and easy to use.

Pros

Nimble is one of the best software for customer management. It helps you keep track and manage all of your different customers and deals and the details around them.

Cons

The deal pipelines are a little weak. There could be some improvements in this area. I have seen Nimble make improvements already, so hopefully there will be more changes in the future.

Simplicity supports use. Having a system to adequately represents reality is what supports prospect development.

Cons

From time to time the search is clunky. The funnel reporting is also clunky as the default time horizon for closure in reporting tool is rarely what you need.

I really liked Nimble in the beginning, but I ultimately found that there were improvements in the functionality needed for it to be valuable for me. For example, when I view an email I've sent, it shows that the person who received it opens and viewed it. Also, it was not possible to export emails with the deals in the pipeline which is the only reason I needed the tool at all, to be able to follow up with people in a personalized way. The customer service is fantastic, so I may return at some point when they improve their functionality.

I tried a lof of different CRM packages before going with Nimble. SalesForce was too bloated and the UX wasn't that good. SugarCRM had tons of plugins and offer a lot of flexibility, but was extraordinarily difficult to manage and configure. I also tried a number of plugin solutions that worked with Gmail and they were all terrible. Nimble is simple, fairly robust, and intuitive. It doesn't have all of the features I would like in an ideal world, but it delivers a lot of functionality I need at a very reasonable price point.

Overall Nimble solves a lot of problems common with creating a strong business portfolio, and I highly recommend using it.

Pros

I love how Nimble is able to combine all of the information you need for a profile so easily and effectively so companies and businesses can see your profile as it gets updated.

Cons

I least like how sometimes the information doesn't update as fast or as completely as I would like it to.

I got involved road testing Nimble CRM system because it appeared to stand head and shoulders above the other platforms available at the time. It is undoubtedly one of the best CRM systems around at the moment. Now that I have used, tested and benefited from it for over a year I can give it a massive 87 out of 100. If you don't take a close look at Nimble CRM then I don't know what else to say except... BIG MISTAKE.

I am American, and living in France. Nimble has eased my customer contact considerably and I really appreciate that. However, NIMBLE does not adapt to French, for example, takes out all letters with accents, and is also very computer-centric, - 'last contacted' for example, only concerns emails, and not phone calls or handwritten notes. As for customer service, I find that their responses are complicated, not clear. Filling in NIMBLE is not my priority, it is just a tool, so I think the CSRs should allow for nonnative users.

Pros

Nimble has come a long way from when I first was introduced to it a while ago. The dashboard has not to be one of the most powerful and favorite things about Nimble. I feel that much secure about my sales + client relationships every-time I open the dashboard up!

Cons

Very little to complain about but I do wish their was an opportunity to use customer field for contacts.

Pros

Very easy to use. Excellent, responsive support (via email). Very inexpensive. Great free trial - no limitations and fully functional. Intuitive UI.

Cons

It's not Salesforce and don't expect it to be that sophisticated. There are some odd limitations - like the lack of an Exchange connector (you can use an IMAP connector which works almost as well, but isn't optimal). The product is evolving pretty quickly though and they keep adding new features all the time. They seem to have a good product roadmap and are good about communicating their plans to users. Reporting capabilities are pretty limited.

Nimble is a CRM, pipeline, and sales tool, which - in our case - should help in keeping the overview of communication with potential customers, depicting the stages they are in and have a good lock off when and where the customer has been contacted at latest. For us the difficult part was to integrate Nimble with other tools, also working with the API is difficult. Also logging all communications (e.g. notes & emails) is quite cumbersome. Other than that, the tool has great potential for different kinds of use cases.

Pros

I've used Nimble for almost 2 years and find that it is extremely easy to use with some great capabilities. I most like how easy it is to bring in social updates and add contacts into it.

Cons

It bugs me that you can't see any of your contacts' mailing addresses in the mobile app. I also want a more robust CRM system - with better pipeline capabilities for our company and for clients who are sales reps.
