Cons The interface is a little confusing, for users who are a little unsuspecting. I am still getting used to the software, but there seems to be a lot of really good features for CRM. The automated date entry saves a ton of time. You can find where they live on the web and make touches in several different places. Nimble is easy to use and when you need help their knowledge base is online and easy to use. If you don't like to read about how to do something there are videos of most everything. Take some of the free classes offered they are amazing with amazing presenters.
