Nimble offers a 14-day trial, which does not require a credit card. After the trial, you can upgrade to a paid subscription, it is good enough which allows the user to try it out first. The eNimble mobile app, available for both Android and iPhone, lets you manage your contacts on the go. You can quickly see contacts you've marked Important, Recently Added, Recently Updated and more. Links to the contact card allow you to easily email, call, update, and add notes to anyone in the database.

We use Nimble to keep track of who is in contact with who. It's a very simple interface and gets the job done. For the money, it's a great choice.

Pros

Very simple. Easy to keep track.

I wish I could send more emails from it.

Pros

The integration with Office 365 easily has to be my favourite feature and saves a ton of time when trying to work on various marketing projects and mail outs. I love it.

Cons

Normally I'd sit here and complain about cost, but I really don't have any cons to report. Nimble is cost effective and makes a huge difference as a small business owner.

This is exactly what I needed to keep in touch with all my contacts and keep them up to date. The integration with social media is what made this program stand out from the others, and the integration with gmail makes it really easy to look back on previous conversations.

I run an Outsourced IT business and we already have a CRM to handle our sales efforts. However, for prospecting and managing outreach we use manual efforts. I ran across Nimble and decided to check it out. Great decision. Via one daily email from Nimble, I see all birthdays and events across all of my social media. If I want to email somebody, Nimble figures out how to reach them. Nimble is perfect if you want to consolidate all social media into one business-savvy view.

Nimble is certainly a great competitor to many software in industries and it's CRM software 2019 leads in many ways!

Pros

Nimble has simple and best tool for CRM management in industry and its too efficient and user friendly.

Cons

Nimble does not have much options for mid to large scale corporations. It would have been useful to have larger connectivity in the industry.

I wouldn’t say the product is that easy to use especially if you are not a tech person but I do applaud the creator of this app. It does do a lot.

Cons

I think it’s great. I just stumbled upon it and wanted to understand how it works. So I did and I am not the kind to need it. But I see it’s potential

I am looking to centralize tasks and team communication so far. Nimble seems to be the right tool.

Pros

Integration of your entire CRM with social access, and it setups up itself, add on to your existing platform and group tasks and communications.

Cons

I am in the trial phase, so I have nor been able to dig very deep, so far it's been working well for me.
