I LOVE Nimble, we've been using since Dec 2011 and have seen many great enhancements coming along the way. If I could ask or add one thing to my wish list would be the option of entering a contact under an existing company. It is a task redundancy to have to enter a company's information/address, and then do the same for a contact. Would be nice if upon entering a contact there was a drop down menu allowing to have the company info/address auto populate.

We have used this software for about 2 years and it is adequate for our purposes but it is not easy to import all your contacts and I feel nickel and dimes on having to pay a little more for each feature addition or connectivity to another service that I also have to pay for separately. These charges can push you into not choosing this solution. The saving grace of the product is its ease of pushing out content via social media outlets and tracking them.

Being able to have a mobile application on my phone is nice.

Pros

I agree that Nimble may be a highly respected CMR with a decent privacy policy, but using the -Add Contact- scanner by a Nimble partner (Circle Back) is directly sharing private information...Stop.

Cons

Having the mobile application version is quite convenient, but the desktop version lacks a lot to be desired.

Pros

Nimble is an easy software to use to automate and integrate Data into Social Platforms. It also is great tool for storing Data.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a long time to load and be slow. Also there is a lot of Advertisements which can be a nuisance

Pros

I am not a great social media guy. Nimble has simplified many areas of social media and still trying to sort it out but support has been great.

Cons

Haven't found any issues yet. I'm sure something will come up. But not yet... Fingers crossed

Nimble is a very easy to use CRM system. We do a lot of outbound email and we found that Nimble's tagging system made it very easy for us to quickly segment our users for targeted outbound campaigns. This was particularly useful in the early stages of our business growth.

Easy to use. Great for early stage growth, user classification and outbound campaigns

I've been using Nimble with CCP.Digital for about 1 month now and really enjoy it! It's been great, being able to compile all the client's info and keep track of all our Sales notes.

Pros

It gathers all client information and I'm able to import contacts from other sources. It's easy to use and track communication, Nimble tells me when I need to follow-up.

Cons

I think the tagging system could be better. I also like the organization of Salesforce, but it might just be that I'm more familiar with that from the other company I was using it with.

A good CRM but not unlike many others in the market, makes it hard to pick the right one!

Pros

This is good as it has integration with Office 365 and other business software meaning it is a powerful CRM

Cons

I found there were so many CRMs on the market it was hard to get to grips with which to pick and this didn't differentiate itself

It gives an amazing performance. However, it is an admirable tool. I really appreciate it. I also to touch with.

Cons

The improvement of quality is not that much better, but maybe it improves with time. It will take the time candidly.

I've used Nimble for over 2 years in my business, and I love how intuitive it is, and how easily I got started. There was no big learning curve, and it really helped me focus on following up with the right people!

Pros

Very intuitive, very simple.

Cons

Mobile app experience is extremely lacking. Frustrating at first, but turned out to be a blessing in disguise so I don't work outside of work hours.

Pros

I enjoy the ability to quickly pull up all the information on a contact with a flick of the mouse without having to dig through 2-3 programs to get what I need from incomplete listings. My favorite thing about the vendor is probably the website, as it is easy to navigate and find exactly what I need.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind. Sometimes the contact cards windows don't full load at the same speed as everything else, but that might just be because it takes time to pull the info up. Can't think of anything bad about the vendor.

The sales analysis tool is great to find potential customers by pulling data from social media platforms. easy to customize for every customer's need no mater how sophisticated they could be.

Cons

limit on the outbound emails, link calendar and events to voice commands like Cortana. Kind of expensive.
