Nimble has been a good overall complete solution for our date storage.

Pros

Nimble works great with Solution Partners also like the group messages features & the tracing by email.

Cons

Can be a bit expensive, may need to revise our plan to have it better adapted to our needs. Customer service sometimes difficult to reach.

Pros

Easy to use.

Cons

Doesn't automate like it used to with LinkedIn, though it's not Nimble's fault.

Pros

Very good software for communication with coworkers and others outside the company. Keeps all the information together which I like.

Cons

Cannot be user offline. Can be annoying when my internet connection is a little spotty for that day.

Now that I have launched my own company, I needed more than just a customer tracking software, I needed to also keep track of social media. And nimble does it all as well as does a great job at automatically integrating everything!!

Nimble has helped us organize all of our business contacts and customer base. It is very important for us to keep all of our contact information up to date as we use this space to track conversations with prospective clients as well as existing subscribers of ours. Another plus has been the assistance we receive in getting labels printed in a timely manner and getting Holiday cards out to those on our Nimble list.

Pros

I used this for the free trial only. It's nice to have all my information in one place vs spread out.

Cons

For the price to me it's not worth it as I can just use the apps on my phone. For example my contacts calendar and tasks.

I love the import and export features to my mailing list. I also think the integration with email allows for insights and patterns to emerge.

Cons

Storage limits are annoying. Deal flow is a bit clunky, only allowing for one kind of deal. Facebook integration is limited.

I enjoyed using the Nimble product. However, my primary challenge had nothing to do with feature or functionality, but with gaining acceptance by my senior management team. Before joining this company, the management team had already committed to another providers system. If there was a tighter integration with LinkedIn, I could have potentially been more successful in convincing others to embrace Nimble.

Pros

It is a fairly inexpensive software for data storage. The volume that it can store for the cost is astounding.

Cons

I wish that the software was a little more user-friendly. That is the only complaint that I have about it.

Ease of use and social integration. I can manage all my communications from one place. Nimble is the most affordable Socially integrated CRM system in the market. Great support from Nimble and they take on board suggestions for improvements. I have seen a great amount of new features being added to Nimble over the past couple of years based on user requests and experience. The ease or which you can import and export data is brilliant, I love how tags work to segment the clients

very simple and easy to use. I only wish that there was not a subscription rate for connecting the software/app with my cellular plan, but aside from that, it is a great too.

It takes a little bit of time to learn how to dive thru Nimble, but once you get to know the program, it very easy, user friendly. Also, the webinars are of a great help and very informative. They are a great tool. I have never had the need to use the customer service because I never had any issues using Nimble. This is a great asset for my business and to stay close to my customers.
