I like the ease of use in loading my contacts. I did not like that I could apparently not separate my contacts into groups for targeted communications. My need at this time is a system that will enable me to manage and communicate with stakeholders for a non-profit that I am running. I need to be able to: 1) Add prospects to a mailing list 2) Communicate with stakeholders with separate targeted e-mails and also one general email 3) Track donations 4) Interface with Mail Chimp

Pros

Nimble was very user friendly and was easy to access from any platform that is currently available. The online portal was really understandable.

Cons

I found that mobile access of nimble was a little bit harder to access and some of the major features where lost.

Pros

I like the ability to have most of a companies needs in one area. Anything that will increase productivity and simplicity is always a plus.

Cons

Trial time doesn't seem long enough to get a clear understanding to make a decision on long term use.

We use Nimble as our CRM, but find it hard to transfer from Outlook, Excel, Mail Chimp, etc. Basically using as an address book.

Pros

Like the stay in touch, reminders, flags. But, would be nice if could send to Outlook reminders / tasks or other mail software.

Cons

Limited marketing capabilities as compared to Mail Chimp, etc.

Nimble is best for people familiar with marketing strategies and variety social media platforms including Twitter. Those marketers, who have enough time to download different Twitter lists\* responding to the category of their interest could build their network faster. Nimble is a fantastic tool for those who have time to nimble through each contact. I highly recommend it!

Did not use much so still to get the most out of Nimble

Pros

Its keeps on adding further information to your existing client list. One can do alot of things with just one click

Cons

Most of my contacts are in vcf format and on outlook. I could not upload them from outlook in VCF format. It can take one contact at a time but that is too much of a task. It would be fantastic if you can have a feature where contacts can be uploaded from outlook in VCF format.

I have been using Nimble for a few months and have found it to be wonderful for keeping track of and organizing contacts and prospective clients. The email tie-in is great and the ability to send emails right from the program is really convenient. Although there seems to be a little too much jumping around required to get somewhere, and there is no option to customize which fields you can view, it's still a great program. Highly recommended!

Not much was bad about Nimble, although there was no video calling option with Nimble.

After months of research, and trial periods for a dozen different CRM's, Nimble was definitely the top. My needs were for simple, mobile, flexible, cloud-based, sync ready, and plug and play platform. At the time, Nimble did not have an iPad solution, but that has since changed. For a small team, that needs an intelligent and flexible CRM, this is it.
