Pros

Integrates well with social profiles and microsoft software. This software was designed with small businesses in mind and is incredibly affordable. I think Nimble has a strong base for expanding the features and products they offer

Cons

Difficult to edit, link, or merge contacts that may be duplicated profiles. Amount of information is helpful overall, but difficult to manage individually.

Nimble is more than sufficient for our needs - we don't use all the functionality, however expensive for a small business. Our biggest issue is the lack of download of the comments and if we need to remove a gmail account (employee leaves) - we are unable to retain all the email trails.

Another task management software that can be used for customer management. It's ok, but there are better alternatives.

Pros

Nimble has a nice user interface, and lets you organize your customer and lead management very well. The summaries are especially useful if you want to know how you are doing month over month

Cons

If you're not using Office 365, you don't have access to some of the more complex features, which just makes Nimble a more expensive and fancier Task management software. I'd probably try using airtable if you're not looking for integrations.

Great app for recruitment and invoicing. Great customer support for glitches on the app

Seems like the web version is much easier to use than the app which is a complete disaster.

Of all of the online contact management software applications, Nimble meets all of my needs which is why I switched over. The only suggestion I would make is being able to upload files from any source as opposed it being limited to only Dropbox or Google Drive. Thanks!

Ease of use; ability to access it from the phone app.

Cons

Not being able to upload files from my desktop as it's only limited to Google Drive or Dropbox.

Overall we've enjoyed using the Nimble platform, but sometimes it can be a bit confusing when sending messages from within Nimble to customers. From the deal board, correspondence can get confusing between sending a message to a "deal" versus a customer record.

I really like Nimble because it is easy to use and very mobile. I can access from any computer and my phone. I like how it is easy to categorize people with tags. It is very easy to export contact information straight into mail chimp or to an Excel spreadsheet.

I decided to give Nimble a try as my new CRM. I was looking for something very affordable yet scaleable. It has very useful grouping and tagging features but lacks in the group email and campaign arena, and email features are cumbersome to customize.
