I often use programs as a "trial by fire" method, so it's always wonderful to be able to jump into a program without too many complications. I also love the ability to importing contacts with ease. Cons I was not a fan of the email templates, especially the formatting. Also, the Chrome plugin is a bit clunky at times. Review Source RB Ryku B. The team customer interactions were also helpful. Cons For me, I didn't necessarily need all of the bells and whistles of all of the social media apps. It seemed a bit much for what I needed.
