My overall experience has been good it has help my company organizing and tracking all of our data making it let stressful for us as users.

Pros

I like the organization they give with all of the data of our clients and track the sales we do each day. The best part it gives you follow up notifications.

Cons

What I like the least is the price it has gotten quite expensive but it is worth it, but if you dont upgrade you get a limited functionality.

Pros

Nimble is very user friendly and navigation through the platform is easily teachable. This is a great platform for customer relationship management and allows to pull quick analysis of client engagement.

Cons

There are a lot of data fields to click through in order to capture particular pieces of important data. Additionally, when exporting contacts Nimble does not allow you to pull specific data fields.

### "Great software for a small business"

This software keeps our CRM up to date and organized.

Pros

I use this software daily and it's very convenient. I really like the way it integrates LinkedIn profiles with the contacts. It sometimes even transfers the avatar and if not, it's easy to add it manually. It's nice to be able to see a face to a client contact, so you know who you're dealing with. Customer support is awesome. I have had some questions and issues and they always respond in a timely manner, work with me on the issue and follow up with an email.

Cons

When I add a new contact, the software wants to be smart and automatically tries to find the social profiles for this person. I like that, but it doesn't give me a choice before it saves the social profiles to the person. Of course I can delete the social profile if it turns out it's not right, but I'd rather have a choice to add it or not.

### "Simplest CRM Tool"

User-friendly interface and literally no training is required to use the tool.Enhanced integrations with a wide variety of software, especially Social media, are a bonus.An amazing tool for building contacts and customer relationships.

Cons

The price is too high for small business enterprises.Email templates are not that good.Some integrations like linked-in do not work correctly sometimes.

Pros

Cons

Reporting and task assignments. I am not able to effectively assign tasks and monitor the process.

Overall, Nimble has been a really good tool for engagement tracking and reporting. The reporting feature includes graphs that make the data come to life.

Pros

Nimble has a robust reporting system that helps us track our customers and filter by their unique qualities.

Cons

Registrations require people to login which we prefer they could click a link and submit registrations without needing to jump through loop holes.

### "Fast Storage and easy to expand storage"

The speed is quite fast as apposed to getting SAS storage we also get notifications of issues in email before we even know there is an issue onsite.

Pros

The Infosight that comes with tons of information from capacity planning to detection of issues in nimble storage, and more. You also will get alerts of issues with drives and firmware updates.

Cons

The Startup cost can be quite pricey. I would recommend this storage for performance and use regular SAS for a file storage type server because of the Price.

### "Good service, but not all features are equally thought out"

Pros

It is convenient to negotiate with customers here - in Nimble, the history of previous transactions is saved, information from social networks is displayed. A file is attached to each customer. This feature is useful for supervisors who collect the achievements and failures of their employees.

Cons

It seems to me that Nimble is not suitable for the role of CRM - that’s how the developers position their services. Communication with customers, collecting information about them - this is done at the highest level. However, there are no functions for project management, etc.

### "Great for Small Business"

I am a small business owner that needs to keep track of clients, partners, and potential clients. I used to like Nimble but with recent feature updates I love them. For example, you can now mass email people in your data base based on tags and characteristics like when you last talked to them. This makes it easier to keep in touch with people and touch them without having to email them individually. I forgot to mention that the mass email looks like a one-on-one email. Another great plus is that you can plug in your clients social media accounts and keep up to date with their activities so you know when to congratulate them and when to sale them. There is an android app. It's serviceable. I haven't used their customer service so that's why I gave them a 4. However, I have been on the service for 4 years now and haven't needed them so that's a plus.

Pros

I like the social selling aspect you can use to convert leads into clients.

Cons

The android app could use some love and attention.

### "Keep in Touch Software"

Pros

Have been a long time customer of Nimble. Keep in touch function is the most valuable function. Living in China, nobody used Facebook or Linkedin. Nimble allows you to catalogue Wechat ids of your contacts and add their Weibo url. A dream would be for Nimble to explore more functionality with Chinese Social media, but it seems for now it is focused in Western markets.

Cons

Needs an Ipad version. I dont even use a phone anymore! Please!!!! The website is slow in China and often requires a VPN.

Exceptional. I can not talk highly enough about this product. I will not look at another SAN.

Pros

We implemented a Nimble SAN about 2 years ago. We upgraded from another vendor. I can not express enough how simple and sleek these devices are. The features integrated make administering the SAN easy even for a novice. The integrated web feature is also something that I use on a daily basis.

Cons

Some of the features are buried deep and you have to search to find them.

I have been a Nimble user since the very early days. As a solo salesperson, I need something that is fast and simple and that concentrates on those basic areas that are the most important to me: contacts, tasks, communications, and opportunities. For me, Nimble fits this quite nicely!

Pros

Nimble is extremely flexible and the way that it flushes out contact profiles from just a name and an email address is really awesome! The Nimble team continues to respond to changes in the market in the most innovative ways. The Nimble Smart Contacts widget can be used anywhere on the web and it actually gathers more actionable insights from LinkedIn and Facebook profiles than the API access to these platforms ever did!

Cons

While this does not affect me personally, Nimble works flawlessly in a Google environment but I have found IMAP configurations outside of Google to be a little hit and miss. The email is good but lacks things like folders and groups. Sales teams requiring multiple permission levels will need to wait until those have been introduced.

Pros

I really enjoy Nimble's intuitive interface and the social media linking features available. For the monthly price, Nimble is worth the low monthly rate for the customer management/database aspect alone. Nimble also tracks your conversations and email history, if you link it to your email. This can be handy when you have a large contact database. If you are inclined to use it as a task management tool, the functionality is there as well, and I understand that they have just added group emailing within the system.

Cons

My company uses Mailchimp as an email marketing tool, and we use Nimble to back up all of those contacts and lists. Nimble technically can upload new contacts directly to Mailchimp. However, it only uploads the email address, sometimes the name. I wish there were a more robust sync option or webhook development to enable real-time or schedule syncs, with option to upload all fields, as well as Groups. Also, to upload a spreadsheet of contacts- you have to very carefully format your CSV list to exactly match Nimble's fields. If you don't, it just won't upload, and you won't know it. Look on Nimble's website for a free upload template (spreadsheet) to use- that will make your job easier Lastly, sometimes I find that I end up with duplicated tags (which I use as database "groups"). You have to manually merge those contacts to the original list and then delete the duplicated group. If you don't stay on top of this and inform all users to be careful when typing in a tag for a contact, this can easily happen.

### "Nimble Use"

I like the product a lot and is my first choice for CRMs.

Pros

It is easy to use, and the reminders and daily recap help me stay on to of things.

Cons

The ability for two people to have access to the information. I am a lead provider and I want to be able to load up leads and then let my client work them. I pay for the account and I don't want my client to have access to the admin side at all.

### "A great tool for having the full view of a contact"

Overall, Nimble is a great product and has an excellent future. The automation itself is a very unique feature, similar only to that of Contactually, and is ideal for my particular use-case. I will continue to watch Nimble grow, improve its UI, improve its sync issues, and will certainly be more of an avid user in the future. Overall, it's a great product if you want a complete view of your contacts and you don't mind the potential syncing issue.

Pros

\- The ability to literally follow a contact around everywhere. Social, mobile, email, you name it. It really helps to create a full view of a contact. - The automation involved in ensuring you keep in touch with specific contacts. - The ease-of-integration with the Google Suite (calendar, email, android app). - The android app allows you to easily track communications with people when offline.

Cons

\- The UI feels dated and slow. - While the product is feature-packed, it's basic price point is not very competitive with other CRM tools in the industry. - I have always had sync issues with their calendar as it related to timezones. I've heard of others having this same issue. Not a big deal for some, but for me, it was the deal breaker.

Pros

The price can't be beat for what you get. Very good value for the features, love the integration with social media like LinkedIn profiles.

Cons

No non-profit component or donor-related capabilities; we knew that going in this was going to be more of a traditional sales-related CRM though.

Their vision has come to fruition...we are not renewing Salesforce Service Cloud EE that we have been on and a partner with since 2004. Nimble has always had a great product. Partnering with Microsoft and building out their marketplace has finally allowed us to migrate our CPA firm platform to Nimble.

Cons

Needs deeper integration with box.com, Dropbox Business and Evernote Business, and SAML 2.0 to really have full functionality

### "Nimble a living breathing CRM"

Nimble is simply put the only living CRM. With all other CRM’s you input your contacts and they lay dormant waiting until you reconnect with them to pull down the information you put up on the shelf. Nimble works for you. It gleans from the information you give it and comes up with more information and more important suggests for you. Nimble just makes me better at what I do.

Pros

Nimble Propector. Hands down worth the subscribtion fee by itsself.

Cons

Can not think of anything. It just does everything I need it to do.

Pros

When it comes to managing projects properly, Nimble's feature tool in task management is very useful. It gets the job done. It's the best email marketing tool for me. You can access all the contacts and information of your clients in one place! The reports are explicit and useful for analysis.

Cons

The interface is not user friendly! For a first times user, it can be very confusing. You have to be a geek to get the hang of ot for the first time. Unlike me that took some time to get used to it.

lots of benefits: One central customer database, always updated with sales tracking. I forgot to mention that the APP and the Business Card Scanning feature are super helpful while in tradeshows or at events!

Pros

Intuitive platform/ great social media and marketing integrations/ quick extractions and Filtering through tags/ great integration to Microsoft Outlook / Affordable platform for small to medium size businesses

Cons

Very limited reporting features / Duplicate feature & merger is not very powerful/ difficult to upload excel list, need to do a lot of cleanup in the fields first

### "The Social CRM that doubles as a Sales Management Tool"

We've used Nimble for the past year or so to manage our Leads and Sales process. The interface is intuitive and easy to get started with. This is a good CRM if you're looking for Lead management with added social information about your leads and a sales pipeline management tool.

Pros

Although there are many, the best feature in Nimble, along with their prompt and friendly support, is their Signals system (Social insights). Every contact/lead added to Nimble is tracked down automatically and their Social profiles show up in your feed.

Cons

The only point of improvement I can think of is to optimize the deals tab. One way of doing it can be to auto migrate dead leads (> 6-9 months) into a bucket which will not affect the load time of active deals.

Pros

The first and very important point in Nimble is that the program does not need to be installed on a working machine, everything is accessible through the browser. That is, if you have a browser and an Internet connection, you can safely register in the application. The second important advantage for me is the ability to quickly and easily import contacts from social networks into the system. In general, the application is very decent and I recommend trying its features, especially since their mass!

Cons

If we talk about the possibility of importing customer contacts, then I personally did not get everything from Google the first time with Google. Another drawback? The system can not be called simple and intuitive, so it may take time to get used to.
