Nimble combines project management, CRM, software integrations and other features to make a seamless platform for my team to work on. We are not jumping back and forth between different software and other tools throughout the day, saving time and confusion.

Pros

Nimble is affordable, easy to use, integrates with almost every major software, and is seamless from contact search to sales pipeline to task management. Also, Nimble as a much wider selection of features.

Cons

Nimble is an online platform, so you can't access it offline, which can sometimes be an issue. Also, you have to make a lot of custom tabs if you like to segment.

I am fully satisfied with its desktop version for managing contacts and organizing day-to-day activities.

Pros

It is the best CRM app to use both in the system and mobile phone. It helps me to organize my day-to-day activities and scheduling the meetings according to reminders. It will automatically update the contacts and we can easily access the most used contacts from the mail. It is very user-friendly and anyone can easily learn it.

Cons

Its desktop version is more efficient than the mobile version. So if it is possible to add many features and fixing bugs in this app it will more usable to me.

Overall, Nimble not only fulfils the functional requirements we have, but outright excels at it. It has turned into our go-to CRM solution (though not fully exclusively) for almost a year now, and I doubt that will change moving forward.

Pros

The biggest positive to Nimble (apart from impeccable, user-friendly functionality overall) has to be thorough integration with our Social Media channels. Tracking has never so easy, not has reporting or CRM overall! We do not use Nimble exclusively, but that comes down to existing infrastructure predating our shift to Nimble. In due time, Nimble will be our exclusive CRM suite.

Cons

In my experience, and through feedback from my team, there is really nothing negative to say about Nimble apart from there are cheaper alternatives (with far less functionality).

It is helping me get and stay organized.

Pros

I can tell that a lot of thought and user experience went into its design and layout. I like the simplicity of seeing and editing multiple functions on a single page. Literally, I can do 80% of my daily work on three Page Views. But Nimble offers eight Page Views in its Menu. Let me talk about the ones I use the most: PAGE ONE: TODAY is the HOME PAGE. It offers the Menu Bar at the top beside the Search box. Next It gives the important numerical stats to track my progress at the top. Then it shows me my TO DO TODAY items at a glance in customizable Reminder Boxes. PAGE TWO: CONTACTS is my LIST. I love the Search features starting with the General Search Bar. But it also offers suggested Pre-sorted list views and other sorting features on the left column. I really like their two awesome specialty sorting tools: List “Segments” and the special labels tool called “Tags.” PAGE THREE: INDIVIDUAL CONTACTS: On any list, simply click on a client’s name and we now get their Individual working page. For each Contact Nimble gives me complete customization. On the top section of the page, I can change their daily Status to track their Activity through my funnels to Closing a Deal. The bottom section of the page lets me log my conversation notes along with their follow up information. It also gives me their History, Contact Info, Social info, Quick URL Look ups and I can add Attachments. I am a new, but I think Nimble-CRM is my New Best Friend in Contact Management.

Cons

I haven't really found something I don't like. As with anything new to me, I have to get used to the way certain features work.

Overall I loved the system but they'll need to do some revisions to grow. Better reporting, add some templates to start.

Pros

I love the look of this program and the relative ease of using it.

Cons

The reporting features were too simple. The system is meant for those who have a basic understanding of a CRM etc. and know how to use it.

### "Integrates into Office!"

Pros

I love that I can open my Microsoft Office 365 email and this is integrated. My calendar, contacts, etc. all sync. The mobile functionality far surpasses many of their competitors and the reminder feature has saved me several times!

Cons

I had trouble learning how to set up deals and move them through the pipeline. Support helped.

Nimble dramatically cuts the time it takes to conduct lead generation as well as managing the touchpoints I need for lead nurturing. The Today Page presents Engagement Opportunities when I'm just too busy to figure out who I should connect with today.

Pros

It is so easy to use. I discover a lead and in a few moments I've added them to Nimble and launch a prospecting process. Helps me stay connected with existing clients to build better relationships.

Cons

I would love to see some training to take advantage of the advanced features. I when I type in a new first and last name, I'd like to see the software start a new contact and insert the names in the form.

Pros

When it came to CRMs I wanted a tool that could integrate with my social media platforms. What I love is how it works everywhere I work, including on top of LinkedIn to 'automajicly' pull public profile info across the social landscape into a single record. The way many communications are unified (platform permission allowed) is ideal as is the relationship tracking and follow up ability.

Cons

I dislike that LinkedIn doesn't play ball. I'd love to have unified inbox within Nimble encompassing LinkedIn and Facebook. I originally signed up when LinkedIn was allowing access.

What I liked the most about this software is that it helped to grow my business . I am a small business and I used Nimble for funnel lead generation.

Cons

The email system. You can not do much unless you buy into a premium package. And you can only integrate one social media pipeline.

Pros

As someone that is not as familiar with CRM software, as well as the inability to hire a full-time systems administrator, Nimble's intuitive user interface and operations processes have myself and the rest of my team confident in the customers we are reaching.

Cons

While I did say that the UI was intuitive, it's a situation where it's easy to learn how to use it in depth if you know the basics. Learning the basics of a new CRM software can be tricky for beginners, but once you get the hang of it, I've been finding that I've become more and more efficient with using it every passing day.

Pros

Unifying customer relationship data into one location that's both intuitive and powerful is Nimble's strongest merit. The configurable dashboard keeps everything from meetings, email reminders, custom charts and analysis to simply contact sheets. All of which is presented cleanly and functionally. Staying up to date across multiple platforms is a dream when it comes to organizing otherwise disconnected data sets. Custom mailing lists allow for streamlined communication across all aspects of a business.

Cons

Have not personally encountered anything I disliked or could suggest improvement upon. Nimble does what it promises and does it very well.

I have been a customer with Nimble for at least three years. During this time, I have used it infrequently. This limited use was based on a personal decision not to focus on Social Media. When I did use Nimble for group messages I was very pleased with the results, and particularly liked the tracking feature. I probably did not realize how efficiently Nimble could help me. Since the Fanzo webinar I have changed my focus regarding Social Media and Nimble's functionality. I am especially fond of the educational webinars Nimble sponsors and make an effort to support them and the quests. Now I will be making better use of Nimble.

Pros

I like the simplicity of locating and adding potential contacts to Nimble. This task reduces the time spent on manually adding a contact.

Cons

I am still learning the Prospector Feature. At times I cannot determine if I have actually used a credit.

Nimble offers the best value to those using it. Nimble users are able to view people's details thus they are able to know the person they would like to contact and whatever message you want to pass to them. Nimble thus saves the time required to find and capture people. It also saves time by eliminating double work. This is because Nimble enables one to add contacts from email. It helps in grouping contacts and setting them as at different times. It is straightforward to set up and use this platform.

Cons

It takes a while to load the site and at some virus in the system affects the functioning of some features. Loading of pages when using the mobile app takes a lot of time to get a good connection and at times it cannot be used when the connection is weak. I have made this complaint to the customer service, and I'm very sure they will investigate and take corrective action.

Very sustainable to run our business with Nimble. Use it to keep all our client contact information and sales leads and is a very efficient tool for our business

Creating a market profile on sales leads is tiring and time-consuming. We found the software easy to install and fairly easy to use That we can grab information from Linkedin, Facebook, Gmail add it to the list and let Nimble do the rest saves us a lot of time. The customer support staff are excellent. Taska re easy to manage and the interface is attractive.

Cons

Limited storage space. Have not quite figured out how to integrate the calendar correctly.

Mobile app, tags, tasks, searching, pipeline, image capture, messaging are the best parts of the app

Cons

missing: it would be great to be able to link contacts to each other (or even to generate an org chart or tree). Also, it would be great to link people to multiple organizations with a designation for that link, such as: prior, spouse, reports to. In fact if these can be customized as drop downs that would be great. For reference, Daylite has this functionality in place (we moved from Daylite to nimble after years on that CRM). On other fronts, it's important to synchronize with Google contacts so that iPhone contacts can recognize caller ID. Currently we use PiSync for this, but if it were native, that would be better.

Nimble integrates with my G suit mail. I like that because as a solopreneur, I don't want one more separate system to have to deal with.

Pros

Nimble works from my G suite Google email account, and also connects with my social media connections (you can click on the social media profiles for a contact, which often provides helpful information). I use it to track leads for potential advertisers for my news websites.

Cons

It works from within Google G suite and Microsoft. It does not work within mac mail or other mail systems though. Other than that I can't really find anything I don't like about it. That is not a criticism, just a heads up.

I like the social media integration, solid task-setting, and speed. It's also very easy to learn and use.

Cons

No multi-currency support, report pages need a complete re-work (very lacking), and inability to assign multiple users to a single deal.
