Pros

Nimble is great at incorporating social media connections for my contacts. I may find someone in Linked-In, use the Chrome plug-in to add them to my contacts, then Nimble helps find the Twitter, Facebook and other profiles for that person. Really helps to connect with a prospective client.

Cons

One challenge is that when I check the prospective Social Media profiles, I will use the X to say that this is not the person. The next time I go to that contact, the same profiles, that I have already dismissed will appear again.

This platform is very easy to use its beneficial for my history management and tracking inputs .Its is high accepted by staff of the organization ,using Gmail and other social media

Pros

What I liked most about this product is that it is easy to assign tags for specific groups that you choose.

Cons

I enjoy using this product. Bit sometime, the menu is difficult to navigate as some of them are hidden.

Pros

It is great for recruitment and invoicing also my follow ups are controlled, I also love the send and track feature

Cons

When i store contact they are stored but when searching for them it keeps on failing even when you enter the correct spelling

Pros

Most of the times it is very complicated to maintain up to date a list of contacts by adding the information manually, this application is the solution to this, as it can work allong with the social networks as LinkedIn to gather the required contact information. No more manual work for repetitive actions!

Cons

As it automatically imports the data, there is always a bit of error margin in the information management, therefore I would not trust that information as the tags, for example, are correctly placed on the contacts. At least it is better to check just small information as tags instead of completely introduce all the information

Pros

Customer service is very dedicated. Link with social media is interesting. You have to be confortable with CRM to customize it, but it is not complicated.

Cons

Some features need to be developped. Tracking career and past employer could be very useful. Some lnks with LinkedIn are not very reliable.

Pros

I like that in Nimble I can chat via email and leave comments under posts. This helps us build effective communication with colleagues and partners.

Cons

Unfortunately, Nimble cannot track project development. One more minus - in the interface there are no dashboards and task lists familiar to all. I would really like to be added.

Pros

In Nimble, I can easily manage email and contacts. The support service is very competent and always provides the necessary assistance. Fully used by me on a mobile phone.

Cons

I would like to increase the number of available settings. Learning a mobile application took a lot of time. Often time-consuming updates are released.

SEARCHING FOR PAYMENTS, ETC IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST. THERE IS NO WAY TO LINK A BILL TO A PAYMENT UNLESS YOU PUT IN THE MEMOS. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO LOOK AT A BILL AND KNOW THAT IT WAS PAID ON \_\_ DATE FOR $\_\_ AMOUNT WITHOUT HAVING TO SEARCH THROUGH THE ENTIRE VENDOR.

Pros

Nimble has great tools for working with colleagues. We can leave comments to each other, control access to documents and customize filters.

Cons

It is difficult to work if you need to invite a client to the project. In addition, there are not enough tools for time management. I can also add task lists and dashboards.

I love to use LinkedIn and Nimble in combination to find prospects. The Nimble widget is very easy to work with and overall it provides a great CRM for us. I also like the Nimble training sessions every Wednesday. I attended few in the beginning and they really accelerated my learning curve. The customer support (care@nimble.com - I love the name) has been excellent when I had some issues.

Pros

Ease of use. Lightweight. Good integration. Cool social features.

Cons

Sometimes my prospects are not big social media users and then the social research fails. Not Nimble's fault and probably a problem of decreasing significance over time.

Nimble is great CRM platform that I came across thus far and highly recommended it to anyone who would like to work efficiently by using a platform that makes it easy to focus on your contacts or communication with your potential clients.

Pros

It is very easy to use and the interface is looks amazing and it is customizable. It is very easy to track emails and the ability to send individualized emails to multiple recipients is a great feature. It is very easy to automate the sales process while using Nimble. I also like the fact that it allows intergration with office 365 and G-suite. Nimble is quite simply the best CRM platform that I ever used.

Cons

I haven't really came across anything that I don't like yet on the platform, so far I like what i got.

The software makes it easy for me to find information about our membership for reports, screening and other purposes.

Pros

I like that all the information I need is accessible through searches. I can find the information I'm looking for about a member and the database is as thorough as possible. Individual searches are easy.

Cons

The thing I like least about Nimble is that the layout isn't exactly intuitive. It would be more effective to have a standard landing page that you can see upon logging in. I also do not like that creating lists and reports is not easy, especially if you want to separate the lists. It takes some practice to get the information that I want at any particular time.
