Since we are a growing startup, tracking our sales team members is extremely important to see if we are going in the right direction. Nimble helped our sales team to easily maintain customer relationship and have successfully built an effective lead generation and nurturing process. Importing/exporting contacts are easy and don't require much training. Overall, it is one of the easiest CRM I have come across.

Pros

I like how Nimble is extremely easy to use and can work well with outlook. Tracking the team's activities was really helpful for us as we are a startup and looking to grow our sales revenue. Also, defining the sales process was easy in Nimble CRM.

Cons

I have faced some difficulties while integrating APIs but as it is not a priority now, I have skipped it. But, I would like to suggest the Nimble team provide some guidelines, how-to videos on it.

I like Nimble, but the support team needs to improve, it takes forever to get things fixed.

Pros

I like that once a contact is added to Nimble I can see other social media from that contact. Nimble prospector is also a great way to see If the interest of that contact is the same as mine.

Cons

It was a pain when I tried to send emails to multiple contacts, that didn't synced properly and it send the emails to everyone and created a conversation. Customer tech support is really bad as well, so when I had any questions I started trying to figure these out myself.

Nimble is a good tool, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking for basic CRM software.

Pros

Intuitive platform/excellent social network and marketing integrations/quick extractions and tag filtering/excellent interface with Microsoft Outlook/ Affordably priced platform for small and medium-sized businesses

Cons

Nimble certainly has qualities, and it clearly serves me well for what I require. The only disadvantage I can think of is the price, because there are cheaper solutions available; in fact, some are free.

Nimble has been used in our organization for lead generations and social media lookup. It allows us to easily integrate with the social media and perform the required marketing procedure.

Pros

Nimble is a highly customized CRM tool which can efficiently used for customer relations. It is quite easy to setup in the organization and quite reliable and intuitive tool for usage. We can also easily integrate the social media apps and can perform more vigilant and precise sales and marketing with this tool.

Cons

The dashboard is not very user friendly and needs lots of improvements in sorting of tools and plugins. There are not much reliable reporting features. In short, we can say it is not so user-friendly and requires lots of improvements in many ways.

### "Nimble Software review"

The relationship-based CRM software is user-friendly and well received by the company's staff. The best part is how easy and better it is to integrate with other software. It also works with MS Outlook, Gmail, and other social networks. It's useful for keeping track of inputs and managing customer history. Additionally, it assisted me in managing and monitoring the activities and performance of the team.

Pros

The marketing Automation works wonders, we have been able to reach potential customers more effectively via email and the internet thanks to Nimble. We have been able to communicate with social network prospects, gather accurate information from them, and have meaningful conversations thanks to Nimble's user-friendly interface.

Cons

Nimble has issues with its interface, and resolutions do not easily adapt without being manually configured.The feature for email templates is a mess. The management of templates is extremely out of date, and the formatting is incorrect. Additionally, managing pipeline stages is difficult. In fact, the app as a whole appears frozen in time. I first used it about ten years ago, and it hasn't changed much since then. I believe the \[sensitive content hidden\] has switched interests.

I have used Nimble for a few years while still using another CRM. I love the way this tool works everywhere that I do. Like magic it brings the data to me and provides the insights and context I need, to get to know the person more. The problem with my other CRM is that I have to go there. Half the issue is getting into the habit of going there and using the features. Nimble takes away so much of the work and works with so many other tools effortlessly. 2017 is the year I really make Nimble my partner, and leverage all the features it has to offer. Of course, I have wished, but most are limited by other platforms API restrictions. With LinkedIn about the remove, it's own inbuilt CRM feature from the Basic and Premium accounts, rather than upgrade, invest in Nimble and get so much more than LinkedIn alone ever offered! Pros

The social intelligence about my contacts across many platforms that automatically appears on the record, including my recent interactions, social profiles, and signals. Also love the way the smart contact widget works and allow me to hover over anyone and access the intelligence.

Cons

The fact that LinkedIn won't play with Nimble (not Nimble's fault). I'd love to see the major social media platforms allow access to our direct messages, to create a unified inbox. That would make life so much easier!

Pros

Nimble is a VERY ROBUST and useful CRM, but as a small business owner (one employee) I wasn't getting enough use out of it.

Cons

I was grandfathered in to the low price option, but i NEVER seemed to use it. In the lowest priced paid option, you can only send a limited amount of emails per month, so I found myself going back and forth to my mailchimp app, and it all go too confusing for me. Their customer service is VERY helpful.

Much better social selling

Pros

It's about ten tools in one. It helps you connect to people more easily and authentically. It helps you cut time corners but still allows you to be authentic. Its a hybrid social selling system and it has too be to not automate everything as you need to make genuine contact at some point with anyone you are selling to.

Cons

Because it does so many amazing things it takes a while to work out how to use everything. It took me a long time to look at how it actually helps me and not just play with all the cool things I could do with it.

the compression that we get is amazing. The UI is very friendly and best of all plays very well with VMware. Talk about about zero down time when updating the software version on these guys. Amazing

I wouldnt mind being a bit cheaper, but over all they are great

### "You Are On Your Own"

Pros

Simple way to organize contacts and deals. The email organization was why I signed up for their service.

Cons

Customer service is non-existent when you need them. Takes forever for them to respond. There is plenty of back and forth with them on issues, which would be so much easier if they just went into your account and fixed it. They require you to find the problem and fix it yourself. Very poor mobile.

### "Rock Solid!"

Pros

I have been using Nimble SANs for almost 4 years now (2 locations, production and failover) and have never had a single outage. Their support is top notch and upgrades have always gone smoothly. It is also pretty crazy that we still have not have 1 single failed drive!

Cons

I have no issues to speak of at this moment.

### "Great CRM for sales but could use additional customization"

Pros

All in 1 functionality with email, email templates, tasks, contacts, etc. Helps remind me of most important contacts and finds additional contacts. After a short training it's relatively easy to use and effective.

Cons

It's built for traditional sales, but if you want a CRM for other types of business it's less effective. For example, we broker deals between 2 types of companies and its hard in Nimble to monitor this as effective as I would like. Also, when it synced to my email it added hundreds of irrelevant contacts that it didn't fill in contact details correctly, so I would have to do a lot of manual work. It would be nice if it helped identify people to companies a bit better.

Currently, you can manage one business within Nimble but what many users will do is utilize tags and custom fields to support both of their businesses in Nimble. In regards to contacts from your email account, Nimble does not automatically import contacts but you can add them by clicking the "Import contacts" option and all contacts in your Gmail (for instance) will be added to Nimble. If you'd like to remove this group of contacts you can do this by locating the tag in your Contacts. ### "Been a big fan since the beginning"

I honestly just didn't have a lot of time to monitor my contacts so Nimble was the simplest CRM on the market - especially because I came off of Infusionsoft - which was a huge investment of money and time to manage.

Pros

If you're a small business looking to position yourself on the path of your buyers, Nimble is unbeatable. I loved that I could see my contacts social signals, that I could reach out and engage with them and stay top of mind. It's easy, intuitive and gave me a huge advantage over my competitors.

Cons

I didn't have any complaints or concerns.

I like the social profile links that each one of my contacts display, once my contacts and email were added, it was way faster and easier for me to find each contact in that way on social media and saved me a lot of time too.

Pros

What like most about this software is that it automatically synced my Office 360, email and my Google Calendar Contacts without me having to do it, it saves a lot of time for me in that regard.

Cons

Perhaps the upload time, but then again my internet download speed is slow, therefore I had to wait longer, but was really not a problem at all.

### "Best Strategic Weapon I have! "

The ability to keep track of our customers and stay engaged with them is key. It saves us countless hours inputting data. It integrates with systems we use so that we obtain a clearer picture of what's important to do and what isn't done.

Pros

The simplicity of it! By far, the best aspect of this tool is the contacts builder; the ability to build a contact record with ease on any social media site. The integration with systems which we use is nice. What is refreshing is that Nimble's focus is on the core of what most small business owners require; relevant information about the people they do business with, the interactions they have/don't have, and relationships strength. The email marketing template is a nice value add which was introduced in the last year. Social intelligence.

Cons

Account Management relationship abilities. Example: Relating accounts to contacts is good but if an address needs to "flow" down to other contacts/or not this is problematic. Relating Accounts to Accounts is not possible. Forecasting and opportunity management is not it's strength. The key is knowing the best fit for your needs.

If you are in the sales world or definitely working with prospects and clients on the run, you have to work with nimble. The Nimble apps also allow me to update information, leads and contact details directly from within the Chrome web-browser.

Cons

I once had issues accessing my account, I contacted the customer support they didn't help me much.

Nimble will allow you to track your contact social activities and monitor all the events so that you will be able to send target email. to your contacts

Pros

Nimble is great contact management, with nimble, I have all my contacts in one place and I can segment my contact for easy access. what I love most about this is the ability to add my email contacts, and in the LinkedIn integration was super cool. It is very easy to start using the software, easy to export your data etc..

Cons

Its great finding information with nimble but you have a limit on what you can do. I would have love nimble to fetch contact information base on my specifications but its just fetch all including what I don't need something. and again the group limit. This allow you to only send 300 emails per day, I will have to use other services to be able to end more email

Cons

Cost is a little high since I need 2 users. a month doesn't sound like a lot but it is for smaller businesses. Would,like to have a discount when you add users.

All in all, though, I think Nimble is definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something that will make your life easier when it comes to marketing automation!

Pros

I've been using Nimble for a few months now, and I have to say, it's pretty great. It does everything that it says on the tin and then some.Here are some of the pros:1) It's easy to use. You can be up and running in no time at all.2) The support team is great—they reply quickly and are very helpful when answering questions or dealing issues you might have had while using the product.3) It integrates seamlessly with other popular services like Mailchimp or Google Analytics so that you don't have to worry about connecting multiple platforms yourself!

Cons

Now for some cons:1) The pricing structure can be a bit confusing if you're new to this type of software; there are different plans depending on how many people will be using it within your organization (i.e., 5-person plan vs. 50-person plan). Make sure to ask your sales representative which one would be best suited for your business!

It is simple to keep track of contacts and quickly access their information, as well as add notes to remind me of important details. Furthermore, the capability to sync with other services allows me to quickly add new contacts to my database.

Pros

It allows me to easily keep track of all my contacts, conversations, and tasks in one place, so I can stay organized and productive. It also has a great set of features such as reminders, social media tracking, and CRM integrations.

Cons

I couldn't find anything that I didn't like about Nimble, however, one of the more difficult tasks for me was importing my contact lists.
