### "Great overall product for performance "

We have had a great experience overall. It has saved us so much time with their algorithm for scheduling, their ability to forecast given last years data (from the POS integration), and built in communication for messaging both general and specific (private messenger). We are still discovering tools and features that we utilize as we grow into new areas of our business, or try and mitigate regular issues more efficiently.

Pros

The integration with our P.O.S. system, Touch Bistro. Multiple user accessibility and role designation to limit or facilitate user responsibilities.

Cons

There are some basic features that are overlooked or harder to access. Customer support is very mindful of suggestions and typically works to add features for functionality as multiple organizations voice feedback. Customer service is kind and helpful. I imagine they do more with less so patience is required during supportive interactions.

Paying managers to make weekly schedule And handling all personal time off Requests. Lots of communication to solve simple problems now The app and the staff handle themselves Managers can concentrate on customer service.

Pros

Integrates with you Pos system and Pulls real time numbers. Going with a set schedule and staff handling their time request off via text or job post. Looking forward to having next year numbers to help scheduling amounts.

Cons

That Implantation it’s not as easy as they make it sound “you’ll be up and running in a couple days “It takes time even though it can pull data from your Pos or via an Excel sheet IT did not drop everything in the proper places so add time for management to enter all data before the system can be used. But also very important to get the details right the first time for long-term results

Pros

My team absolutely loves how easy it is for them to use and it integrates with toast.

Cons

Pricing continues to increase, there are some neat features that may be useful, but they cost extra. The real-time reporting with toast does not always come in on time for real-time labor cost updates.

Easy to use, great app, does the job for any industry not just restaurants. Price is good. Overall very satisfied with the app

Cons

Needs more features like fingerprint clock in, emplyee handbook/manual storage for easy access and other small things that will make it an outstanding

### "Easy to use for service industry"

Overall been very easy to use and a great tool for our business.

Pros

I love the template option. I love having seasonal templates for our varying schedules in our brewery. The app is great for on the go managing of shift changes and time off requests. We use the log every night to keep all managers in the loop about each shift.

Cons

I wish I could find staff from schedule without deactivating them. Sometimes we have staff that don't work certain months, etc. and I would prefer to just hide them rather than deactivating.

Excellent support system in place, anytime I have thrown something out they get back to me right away. Been on the phone a couple of times, they are getting out input for what we use this and that for to help improve or tweak things.

Pros

I like everything about it, saves me so much time. No notes or texted for request off or vacation. Trading shifts is so easy now, less phone calls or texts trying to find someone to cover. Then add in the 7 punches and 7 tasks and you almost have everything you need

Cons

I can’t think of anything that I would change. They are always looking at updating and finding new things to add to help us out

### "Love 7 Shifts!"

We love our experience with 7 shifts. They have been great to deal with every step of the way.

Pros

We loved the suite of services provided. We use it scheduling, tracking, and staff communication. The software saves us time, keeps our labour efficient, and allows all of our managers and staff to stay connected.

Cons

No cons from our experiences. The suite of services has been great.

Pros

I love that I am able to complete accurate schedules with multiple features such as adding in open shifts and have a place to mark workers “late, no-call no show , and etc.”

It has been easy to use, and simple to integrate with our Point of sale, Toast, to see better analytics.

Pros

Scheduling is very easy, we are able to use a base template and drag and drop employees into slots. Being able to immediately identify conflicts is incredible in regards to saving time.

Cons

For the current ways we use 7shifts, I don't really have any cons.

I have been with 7shifts since it was a small company of about 10 people. I love how intuitive it is, I love that it is free for under 10 employees, I think everyone who has to do scheduling for any size of company or any industry should use this software. It is a complete game changer. I can't say enough good things.

Pros

7shifts is intuitive to use and it has saved me an immense amount of time from doing the schedule to the employees time off requests and shift changes.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about it.

I love the digital time off requests. It takes a lot off my plate knowing the system will automatically catalog the requests and remind me when I am making the schedule.

Cons

I wish there was a way to save employee files so I can keep track of documentation and write ups in the software that can correlate to their clock in times and schedule.

Great all around. Saved money with time clocking.

Pros

Ease of use, intuitive interface, ability to group and reach staff through categories.

Cons

I would like to be able to access my employees contact information even after they are terminated (seasonally) without having to re-activate them. I would also like the ability to post an individual’s schedule without posting everyone’s after the schedule is made but not posted yet.
