Management loves the scheduling templates and communication tools. It is our sole communication tool for employees. Cons The feature that predicts sales doesn't always seem to work and bring in appropriate numbers. This could possibly be a user error, however, we have done a few steps to investigate the issue without success. I have been very happy using them. Pros I love how easy and straightforward it is to use. It is so nice to be able to chat with other employees to see if anybody is able to take a shift if you can' make it in. We have 20+ units and I use 7Shifts to schedule our cleans, turnovers, events (water sports rentals), track my team's hours, etc. It's designed and laid out the way my brain works. :) Pros Mobile access and real-time edits, viewing is critical for myself and my team. Cons Tasks is not mobile friendly. Why can we not edit? We've basically stopped using tasks, because I can't edit it for my team on the go...which is when we need it... while we're on the go. Simple, straight forward. Cons The only thing I would to see is ease in copying and pasting events on multiple days, opposed to having to write a repeated event, each day of the week. We use the daily logbook and messaging/announcements to communicate across multiple teams all the time. Having 7Punches connect to 7Shifts has changed the tracking of employee hours and really streamlined it. Highly recommend! Cons The weather projections are often innacurate.
