"You won't regret trying it"

**Overall:** My overall experience was good and I don't regret using it.

**Pros:** It is easy to use and I liked the fact that I can use it on any device whether my laptop or phone. Which makes it more accessible to me because I don't carry my laptop everywhere but phone is always on me.

**Cons:** I hate to contact technical support because they normally find it hard to fix the said issue I contacted them about.

"We Originally Loved this Product, but Not So Much Anymore"

**Pros:** We loved that this gave us the ability to remotely change our directory. We work out of a home office, so it is a 45 minute drive to town for us. This helped save us so much time. The content manager is online based so it was nice to be able to adjust our screens from anywhere as well and it was super easy to use!

**Cons:** There were a lot of issues with the controller disconnecting from our WiFi, leaving it with a black screen. Customer service was a little tricky to work with sometimes, and these devices were really difficult to initially set up. After only two years, one of our controllers completely broke as well.
