But our need to monitor important collateral especially for our transportation and heavy equipment, switch to Crystal Ball. We got a contract that states you have no rights, our contract is LAW and if you disagree with any part of the contract we will charge you £XXXXX and XXXXXX and then XXXXX and the decision is ours as to what we deem fit. I will await the final chapter when Crystal Ball take me to court for breach of contract! Be Warned Pros Initially the product was useful and did the job required stable most of the time Cons Customer service when purchasing, very good. (Obviously) However they seemed unable to bill as a collective item, when asked about this they said they can now rebill collectively, so i agreed to have a collective invoice for 5 items and only one DD. What i didn't know was the collective agreement was a 3 Year extension of the terms. It was sold as "Same terms just as a collective invoice and we will combine all your products together" This was \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] . Apparently they let slip some thing similar happened to another customer and they offered me to introduce a new customer to allow me to reduce my contract. STRAIGHT FROM THE MOUTH OF \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. literally could not make this up! Also I had a Tracker unit Lithium Battery EXPLODE! crystal ball did not really care. I had to have it removed by a 3rd party for safety. informed the sales manager \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and he said oh never heard of that before, however spoke to the installer who took the unit out and he said hes taken a few of this type out recently.... HMMMM i then got the remaining units removed as Crystal Ball would not send me the product safety sheet or compliance information.. For doing that I'm threatened with a £119+vat removal fee per unit for safeguarding my assets from going up in smoke! Pros I have had experience as a user of Crystal Ball in my introduction to operations, information, and decisions course. What I loved most about this software was it's easily download + setup process, it's opportunity to experiment with advanced optimization as well as calculation, and it's wealth of resources available for help with using the application. Cons What I liked least about this software was that when I initially downloaded it and set it up, I could've used a more all-encompassing "tour" of the software and how to use it. Pros This is an excellent tool that can be part of the excel SW as worksheet. I conduct monte carlo simulation to define reliability targets by an easy and in short time. Cons Sometimes the crystall ball cannot be loaded successfully, and i need to close all excel instances before running it again.
