Cons The program initially was very dependent on a higher internet speed. Once that was resolved, it has been very smooth to use. The software works well, and we don't have to call in many tickets. Their support staff is responsive and attentive. Even if there is a bad day, they handle the pressure with professionalism and poise. Pros Being an administrator, I enjoy the backend tools. The number of tools is vast. We have fine-grained control over just about everything. I don't feel restricted when changes are needed. Cons Being a cloud service, it has the side-effect of having to share the resources on the cloud. When a new customer comes onboard, we sometimes see some performance issues when they start their day (we are east coast). But that is the nature of the beast. The one-on-one care from AbbaDox's team has been phenomenal. Pros This product has allowed us to re-position or not replace over 5 FTE's due to how efficient it works. We've completely caught up our backlog of patient scheduling and our time on hold has decreased to less than 1 minute when patients/physicians call in to schedule appointments. Cons Can't think of anything at this time. If you need a CON, I with that the Kiosk option was available now instead of having to wait until the Fall. Pros I have used various EMS/EMR products including ECW and Abbadox is beyond the best so far in setup, functionality, and resources. July 21, 2025 5.0 The experience with Abbadox has been great. The team is helpful to try to come up with creative solutions when a workflow isn't working the way we had it planned prior to go-live. Prior to Abbadox, our system was about 75% manual process or required us to use "bandaid" solutions to accomplish scheduling patients. Now with Abbadox and AI Faxing, we are able to schedule patients much sooner and smoother. Pros My favorite thing about Abbadox is that the system is specifically made for Imaging Centers and that the product is always under constant improvement! The implementation team is supportive and helpful to get our system fine-tuned to our unique needs. I also really like that Abbadox seeks feedback from its users for product enhancement, rather than just guessing or telling us features that we will want to use. Cons I would like to see more of the tools integrated directly into the Abbadox Careflow software, such as ScanDocs, Jot Form, etc. I also think the process for setting up scheduling rules could be developed to be more user friendly. Perhaps Abbadox can develop an AI tool that Administrators can use to tell AI changes they want in the schedule or procedure rules and then the AI can apply the rule. Example would be, "Hey AI, change my settings to block Abdominal US exams from being scheduled in the afternoon." and then the AI would apply the appropriate rules to prevent those exams from being booked in the afternoon. Cons The part I like the least about Abbadox would have to be the loading time. It is very hard to get as much work done in the day when most of the time your page is loading. We do encounter small issues from time to time but the Abbadox support team responds very quickly to our problems and gets them resolved right away. It's also great that the leadership and sales teams check in with us on a regular basis to ensure things are working as they should. Pros It's an easy to use system backed by outstanding customer service. Both their sales and support teams were with us every step of the way. Cons Honestly, I haven't found anything I don't like about their system or the company. Reason for choosing AbbaDox Abbadox had some great features available, but so did some of the other vendors. One of my deciding factors, Abbadox was one of only 2 vendors that actually came in, performed a workflow analysis and really understood our centers unique workflows.
