Pros I think that team snap is a good app for coach and parent communication,team management, and scheduling is a breeze with it as well. Cons I do not like that that it can be difficult to read the header information. I also think that the timing is off with the time zones. Cons The rostering, clunky chat feature, mis-information when switching from the individual team account to a business account, lack of timely customer support (1-5 days later they respond and not with a call but usually with links to their website or a generic answer). I play on a team that uses TeamSnap and find it never fails to do the job. Pros TeamSnap is easy to use and navigate. The app works well and since TeamSnap has been around for awhile, they have worked out all the bugs and glitches that some of the newer formats are having trouble with. Cons The only reason I rated it a 4 was because as a Canadian, the exchange rate for the use of the product is expensive.
