### "Great platform, great customer service!"

From the very beginning, through the present, I have been impressed with the help we've received navigating, transferring, and moving forward with the new platform. It looks great, it works great, and perhaps the very best thing is the customer service we've gotten from our rep, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. We were really lacking assistance and communication on the old platform so this has been very nice. We are very pleased with My Green Condo and would gladly recommend them to any association management company.

Pros

The software has a lot of features that the clients (associations) want to see in their websites including a beautiful public-facing side and an easy to use, dashboard-style, private side. We could customize the look and features up front to give each association the look and features they needed as well as make changes along the way as needed very easily. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]made the transitions from our old association website platform very easy by basically handling everything for us.

Cons

Getting started took a little time to get familiar with the admin side and how to make certain changes but the customer service we got from our rep (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]) has been excellent. He is very prompt and helpful in guiding us through the admin functions. There are a few features we wish the software was capable of but they are minor details and "wish list" items, not major things that affect the functionality. (even so, I think our voices are being heard as some of our wish list items are coming in the next revision)

Reason for choosing My Green Condo

Great assistance and response from day one by our rep, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], gave us a feeling of confidence. We were able to see a demo of the platform and were really impressed with the look and function of it. The cost was very reasonable as well. We felt we would get much more for our money. Very pleased with My Green Condo!

Very poor customer service, poor platform features, billing errors, feeling of disorganization on the part of AtHomeNet, updates to their platform which we did not like but had to accept.

### "MGC is a GAME CHANGER"

Honestly, if \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team hadn't been so helpful over the years, I would not have left this review. I truly feel this software separates us from our industry peers and I certainly wouldn't want my competition to learn about it.

Pros

The most impactful feature for us is the streamlining of board member and committee processes which would normally be predominantly manual and paper-heavy. From accounts payable to surveys, covenant enforcement to work orders, MGC organizes, automates, and maintains a transparent audit trail that is unrivaled.

Cons

What I liked least, I believe is of no fault of MGC, but rather a consequence of providing a SAAS that pulls your core data to build its web interface. The only thing I can find to complain about is the fact that there is no written manual or FAQ to reference. All set up and training is bespoke. All support is handled by MGC and is specific to your need. However, my experience with MGC support has been nothing less than stellar.

Reason for choosing My Green Condo

I understood "in general" what the platform does, how it works, and how it could benefit my organization. There is nothing out there that runs off of API that really compares. You would have to do a complete system migration to get similar features and even then I would argue that MGC has the support and future vision to make them the better choice.

They are not consistent in pricing, initial support was good but after a year the support went down hill. They are hard to get on the phone and once we decided to terminate even though we were fully paid to the end of the month they shut the service down and were unreachable

Pros

The product looked good on the surface as well as easy to use

Cons

The product is not generic enough and does require a lot of changes for the specific application

Hello Mike, apologies for the confusion. Our application was subscribed by your management company to serve your community. Accordingly, we provide unlimited training and support to the property manager. Unfortunately, the management company was bought out by a larger management company and had many property manager changes for your community. The larger management company used a different system and therefore they were not giving due attention in learning and serving your community using our application. The application was shutdown as per the request received from the property manager. We then received another call on the following day asking us to re-activate which we did. Your community had been with us for a number of years and we were happy to keep the application open for free till your community decided the next step. Our team will reach out to you to help you in this process.

### "Great software for Condos and Associations, small to large"

Love this software for managing the day to day activities of a community

Pros

Customer support is outstanding. We use many of the functions. My Condo owners now know, if there is no work request in the system, there is no work. Everyone gets notified when they need to be notified. Speeds up service to homeowners. Reporting is easy to use and a great way to keep all of your data in one place. At a glance views of everything you need.

Cons

We would still like to have people be able to sign their ballots with a signature.

FrontSteps had extremely bad customer service. They wanted to upgrade us to their new software. We said yes right away and then waiting 10 months for it to provide us with the features we needed. Then, when it came time migrate to their new software, they wanted us to do all the work when they should have been able to export/import data! Thats when we switched. Migrating to MyGreenCondo was fast and easy!

The MGC platform has allowed us to more effectively communicate and interact, in an efficient manor, with the communities we serve. The on-boarding process went smoothly with good support and training throughout the process.

Pros

Ease of use for end users Adequate integration with TOPS Professional Almost always same day response/resolution on support requests Has worked with us on requests to modify/customize functions

Cons

Lack of online help or tutorials Inability for the AP approvals process to automatically transfer to TOPS Professional (this limited by TOPS not MGC)

### "Take control of your HOA"

Mostly very positive. The broadcasts, bill and resident statement tracking and document library have been incredibly useful. We've also used the conferencing feature quite a bit. It's every bit as good as Zoom without the time limits. MGC allows our Board to be mostly self-managing.

Pros

I've served on my HOA Board as an at-large member, treasurer and twice as president. My Green Condo has made administering the HOA much easier, more convenient and certainly less costly. It lets us do things ourself instead of having to utilize our $125/hour management company. It's been a lot more organized and professional than walking up and down the streets stuffing xeroxed notices into mailboxes and such. The support has been excellent. They have always been there and come through with what we needed in an extremely timely fashion with clear explanations.

Cons

The email facility is slow, painfully slow. Its search function never finds what I'm looking for. It's the weakest link in the whole system.

overall experience with My Green Condo has been exceptional. From the product features, to the support team, to the accessibility --I have nothing but great things to say!

Pros

There are so many features to this that I would love to talk about but my favorite feature is email blast. We can quickly send messages to residents that has significantly lessened the number of emails in my inbox. While residents can respond to the email blast, I'm seeing less return emails. This is truly one of my favorite features. Integration was not seamless, but we did not expect it to be. The support team worked rapidly to resolve issues as they popped up and made the integration process less painful.

Cons

One issue that I have noticed is when going back to a previous page with a resident list, it reverts back to the default sorting. Occasionally it has been a nuisance when a resident is difficult to find.

Pros

So many positives to say about My Green Condo. It is very user friendly, it is constantly developed by a team that clearly cares about what they're doing, and they provide excellent support with incredible responsiveness.

Cons

The only downside is that even if an account is newly delinquent, they are unable to make online payments to quicken resolution to their accounts. That being said, even with this issue, the support that comes with My Green Condo more than makes up for it, and they are always open to feature requests and suggestions for improvement.

Pros

Mostly we use the system to keep our database of residents updated. Unfortunately, our management company does most of the accounting so we don't use many of the features the system provides.

Cons

Every time we ask for something that we would like to have it is implemented or we are instructed on how to use it.

Ranjan is extremely responsive and has provided excellent Loom videos for questions I might have.

Pros

It is very user-friendly and allows interaction between residents & Managers along with other vendors. It provides a web-based product so everything you need is at your fingertips.

Cons

Managers Reports as an individual report. Would like to utilize the system to create report without copy and pasting information from separate categories.

Depth of features, ease of use. This Property Management Software is amazing!! Light years ahead of any other similar product in this space. Customer service is incredible. The data mining capabilities for the Property Manager amazing are unlike anything I've ever seen

I am a homeowner and my Management company cannot solve this problem and I am getting no help from MGC.

Pros

so far I do not like anything about the functionality of this Software.

Cons

It is not user-friendly. Cannot email My Neighbors and cannot get anyone in IT to help me with this problem. 3 voice messages and 3 emails to AMGC and I get "will respond in 24 hours" It has been over a month.

Pros

It is very simple to use. Customer service is great. No issues with on-boarding.

Cons

There are some items I wish they had: Be able to keep a record of guests that area allowed in the unit. Other small record keeping items like that but mainly wish list items.

Lots of Options and Features. Ability to mechanize many of the day-to-day HomeOwner Association tasks. Good To Great Customer Support. Our requests were responded to in a timely manner. Note, we went live With MGC 1/2020... so only 6 months of experience at the time of writing this review.

Cons

Fairly Complicated to setup and administer... Need to simplify setup administrations tools.

Able to capture MORE data. Able to sort data more efficiently. Ability to "send broadcast communications" was an essential reason for choosing MGC.

Pros

Quick access to help as needed during first few months as we learn how the system works.

Cons

It could move (think) MUCH faster. Much, much faster. We have 1683 units (more than 2K residents) and it processes more slowly than would be ideal. STILL AN IMPROVEMENT OVER PREVIOUS PROGRAM!

Cons

As an Association member, you can only retain records for 90 days and you cannot add someone to the To: line or cc anyone and you cannot forward to a file on your hard drive.
