Pros We are in our sixth year of a partnership with Online Rewards and what I liked most, from the beginning, was OLR's team's ability to listen to our needs and customize the program accordingly. Cons As we expanded our programs, it was challenging to keep them separate, then OLR's team was able to provide a solution that makes the different programs very easy to administer.
