Evatic Service helps me to improve my business. Not only regarding efficiency but also regarding how to run my operation with monitoring, dahsboards and optimisation consults. With the same Mif, decreasing volumes and clickprices I can increase my profitability.

Pros

It fits all the way to the Document Management Solutions / MPS Industry and related IT Service industry

Cons

do not know of any. It may look oldfashioned right now, but all processes are automated and the workflows makes it possible to have less manual work. Soon there will be a cloud/web based version. I can't wait !

Pros: Evatic Service contains tightly integrated contract management and field service management, as well as unit and model management in one single application. It is an easy to use solution that provides all necessary Information in one package. Employees work more efficient and productive in the back Office as well as the service technicians. Checklist functionality for technicians that are not comfortable with new Technologies. Cons: Evatic is a flexible and multi-functional Service Management System that serves every step in the business process from offer to after-sale service. Here is the problem, many companies are looking only for a front end Solution and don't even take time so see how easy one can work when having all Information together one click away.
