Pros: Easy to use, the interface is clean and organized. After receiving a 30-45 minute training class i was able to navigate through several modules without any problems. We purchased the queueing and appointment modules as well as the Connect communications module. It cut our wait times in half.

Cons: I wish more departments were using this software so that we could transfer patients to them without the customer having to get back in line and re-enter information.
