When you're fed up with all intricate software, attempt this one. Pros I'm very happy with this software, it is saving my life every day. Prior to using three different applications for my social media posts it was quite a mess. Now I'm able to do everything at once and it is so beautiful. My favorite feature of the calendar view is that I was able to drag my pictures and see how the whole month looks. It's very neat and easy to use, even my grandma can use this interface. It does the job and has the capability to store vast amounts of files, documents, etc. in different formats. Sometimes it works well other times it doesn't and has to be shut down and restarted throughout the day. It logs the user out faster than necessary and logging back in is time consuming. There is an annual cost for each user which is fairly expensive. Pros It is very easy to set up new drawers and new folders. Editing it also very easy. The way the system lays out the drawers is user friendly and makes navigation fairly easy. Most documents that are individual files can be dragged into place, which is very convenient. Cons It takes a bit too long to load the entire system when first logging in. The system lags and does not keep up with fast typing or fast actions. The search feature is very clunky and not an easy straightforward search option. If folders are found, it is difficult to go right to the folder that is chosen. A file has to be downloaded before it can be viewed or removed which is time consuming. There is a "failed uploads" icon that shows documents that were successfully uploaded, which is confusing. It is really good at turning unorganized paperwork into automated and highly secure workflows removing the necessity of physical papers. It is incredibly valuable for our organization and acts as a premium industrial-grade document management tool. Pros The thing I like most about Revver is its massive cloud storage ceilings. Unlike other alternatives in the market, the high tiers of cloud storage scaling up to 20TB completely remove the necessity of an external provider making it a one-stop solution. Furthermore, I really like the automation mirroring in Revver wherein the platform automatically replicates identical ecosystems across entire directories. I also really like the integrated OCR which saves us a lot of time and effort by allowing us to find a scanned paper invoice by just typing a random phrase. The AI summarization feature is also very helpful as it provides quick summaries so we don't have to read the whole PDF. Its Smart Extract AI feature automatically extracts the critical metadata from PDFs and even handwritten papers using pattern recognition which makes our workflow very efficient. The software also has a very easy-to-use and intuitive user interface which allowed us to easily get accustomed to the software. Cons The only thing that I dislike about Revver is the fact that the performance degrades a bit when a lot of team members log into the system simultaneously. However, the technical support team has been very helpful in this regard and has provided working fixes. Pros I love Revver's ability to set up all of our marketing materials in one location. Prior to using this, we have files stored anywhere – Google Drive, Slack, computer hard drives. All agency contracts, brand guidelines and campaign PDFs end up here now. I'm currently using the search tool, it is very good, I can now find any document very easily just by typing in the name of the campaign or name of the client etc. I know that my team is saving loads of time on not needing to manually create a new folder each time they have a new digital project. I used to open ten to ten tabs every morning before using this and seemed to have gone crazy. I simply open this one platform now and all the things are there. The automation section is also quite useful. I will be able to create reminders to our team, and I will not have to continue to email them to get updates. It saves me at least 4 to 5 hours a week, which is tremendous to me. Cons The mobile app is the only part that I dislike. It is extremely sluggish and in other occasions it simply shuts itself when I attempt to upload a document in the road. Pros I have been working with Revver for a year in my office. But the thing I love the most is that we have all our papers and files in one secure location online. The search tool is quite wondrous. I don't always remember the file name, I just type some words which are within the document and it has the capability to find it very fast. Also, we leverage the greetings 'Tன்ப' heavily. When adding a new client, creates the same folder structure automatically, then saves time when having to add these one-by-one. It's also very easy and secure to provide clients with secure file sharing links. Cons However it is at times very slow while we attempt to upload many big pdf files simultaneously. However, I have been typing for hours describing each file today and it would be nice to be able to automatically categorize them, however I was happy to see that Revver has the option to limit who accesses certain folders within the system. Pros Revver eliminates the need for sending massive emails back and forth containing attachments and reduces the risk of creating multiple competing versions of files. We store all of our on-boarding documentation, contract templates etc., securely in a central location that individuals may access from remote locations. This essentially solves the issue of fragmented data from failing local drives since everyone works off of a common base. Cons I hate when the desktop sync client freezes up for reasons that seem to be random. When i go to resolve duplicate versions of a file, it's a nightmare. During large file transfers, it uses up a ton of system resources causing my entire computer to slow down & become unresponsive while i try to complete other tasks.
