Overall, my experience with Revver has been positive. It makes it easy to organize, store, share, and collaborate on documents in one central location. The platform is user-friendly, performs well, and helps our team keep important files organized and accessible. There is a small learning curve with some features, but overall it has been a reliable and useful document management solution.

Pros

I like how easy Revver makes it to store, organize, and share documents in one central location. The file-sharing and collaboration features make it simple for teams to work together and access important files when needed. It is also fast, reliable, and easy to navigate, which makes managing documents much more efficient.

Cons

Some features can take a little time to learn and get set up, especially when organizing larger numbers of documents and folders. The platform could also offer more customization options for certain workflows. Overall, though, it is straightforward and reliable once you get familiar with it.

overall my experience has been positive. It makes managing a larnge number of documents much more structured compared with replying on shared foldrs or email attachments. Having files in on plave, with search , secure file sharing , permissions and workflow automation , makes everyday document handling easier , and improves collabration between team members

Pros

I like it about how easy to make document management and file sharing. The file UI is clean and simple, so finding , organizing and sharing files with the tam doesn't feel complicated. I also like the collaboration and workflow features because they reduced the need to send documents back and forth through email. Performance has been reliable for everyday use, and overall it provides good value for money for teams that deal with a lot of documents.

Cons

I liked the least about Revver is that some of the advanced workflo and permission settings can take time to understand. The interface can also feel a little slow when working with n number of files.

My overall experience With Revver has been really good During a major application release, Revver held test scripts, UAT evidence, approval records, and final sign-offs in one repository. When compliance requested evidence for 23 previously released features, the QA team could retrieve the relevant records without rebuilding the audit trail. It is very advanced and easy to use.

Pros

We created separate access levels for QA leads, testers, vendors, and business reviewers. Support helped resolve a permission conflict during setup without requiring us to restructure existing folders. During a release cycle with 1,100+ test documents, teams accessed and updated evidence without maintaining parallel shared-drive copies. We also retired a separate document repository after the migration.

Cons

No cons Revver works the best as per me It's is a cost effective solution with some really good features and speed .

Overall, my experience with Revver has been positive. It provides a reliable central place to store, organize, search, and share documents, which has reduced manual work and improved collaboration between teams. The permission controls and structured folders help keep information secure and organized. Customer support has been responsive when questions or setup issues came up. While the platform requires some initial training and configuration, it offers good value for money because it saves time, improves document control, and reduces reliance on separate file-sharing and workflow tools.

Pros

Revver makes it much easier to organize, store, search, and securely share documents from one central platform. I especially like the folder structure, access controls, search functionality, and collaboration features because they reduce the time spent locating files and prevent documents from being scattered across emails or local drives. The platform performs reliably, and the customer support team has been helpful when we needed assistance with setup or configuration.

Cons

Some parts of the interface feel less intuitive than they should, especially when configuring templates, permissions, metadata fields, or more advanced workflows. Initial setup can take time, and new users may need training before they feel comfortable using all the features. I would also like faster navigation, simpler workflow customization, better integrations with other business tools, and more flexible reporting options.

Overall, I'm satisfied with Revver. It's been a reliable tool for my daily tasks, and I appreciate its ease of use. However, I've encountered some minor issues with integration and occasional downtime, which prevent me from giving it a perfect score.

Pros

Revver's workflow editor is pretty solid, easy to use and understand. We've found it to be a great tool for creating and managing our video content. It's worked well for our team, especially for smaller projects.

Cons

Not a huge deal, but Revver's analytics could be more detailed. We've had to dig through multiple reports to find the information we need. Sometimes it's a bit frustrating, but it's not a huge issue.

Overall, my experience with Revver has been positive. It has made document management more organized and efficient by providing a central place to store, search, and share files securely. The workflow automation features have helped reduce manual tasks, and the interface is generally easy to navigate after the initial setup.

Pros

What i like the most is how revver centralizes document management in one place. The UI/UX is simple to navigate making it easy to search, store and locate files.

Cons

Revver introduces features for users, but some advanced features are not easy to use. It can take a significant amount of time for new users to learn these features. Many a times it can feel too much for some users, although many advanced users prefer these features.
