Pros We have quite a bit of customer and internal documents we used to do a lot of manual workflows internally for and Revver helped us in a number of ways, first really was centralizing the documents with connectors so Sheets, Word, Docs and it was really helpful they are pre-built so not a lot of implementation work needed to get those apps up and running, and then the automation. The automation is no-code so its easy to design the repetitive workflows with their canvas while applying our own internal dyanmic logic! Quite frankly, up until we acquired this my team had connections naming their files "draft\_final\_v2\_final" and was putting files in all the wrong folders. As a data specialist I was in a great problem, looking for hours for things. Now, Revver file all this. If I upload a document its name is perfectly changed and it is placed in the proper folder and will be separate and not attached to anything. This has saved us a lot of hours each week! Plus, we no longer have to purchase additional software such as DocuSign, since DocuSign is included in the program, which is another plus – we save money. It takes a little time to get used to, but once everything is set up, it saves us a lot of time by keeping our files secure and workflows moving. Pros I really like Revver's document organization and automation features. Sharing files and collaborating with the team is quite smooth, making it a great tool for handling heavy paperwork. Cons The interface feels a bit outdated and can be slightly confusing for new users at first. Setup takes some time, and customer support response can occasionally be slow. Review Source SR Simon R. Business Development Executive Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "The project files are finally organized by using Revver and there is no mess at all" June 4, 2026 5.0 I really enjoy the fact that I can search for anything at any time by file type online or off-line. However, I have been typing for hours describing each file today and it would be nice to be able to automatically categorize them, however I was happy to see that Revver has the option to limit who accesses certain folders within the system. Pros Revver eliminates the need for sending massive emails back and forth containing attachments and reduces the risk of creating multiple competing versions of files. We store all of our on-boarding documentation, contract templates etc., securely in a central location that individuals may access from remote locations. This essentially solves the issue of fragmented data from failing local drives since everyone works off of a common base. Cons I hate when the desktop sync client freezes up for reasons that seem to be random. When i go to resolve duplicate versions of a file, it's a nightmare. During large file transfers, it uses up a ton of system resources causing my entire computer to slow down & become unresponsive while i try to complete other tasks. Another little annoying thing i've noticed is that when external agencies send us things via their own systems, it displays in the web view extremely cluttered.
