Overall experience using revver has been really positive and it has provided me some really good outputs in terms time saved and ease of collabortion

Pros

Reverr is a great platform for my day to day work flows management and can be easily integrated with multiple products it helps me to collaborate with my team for legal tasks as well the speed at which i am able to get output is really remarkable, it has multiple features to help me with the tasks, it helps to easily share different documents across the board

Cons

I consider it is comparatively little expensive as compared to competitors as well some of the advance features are not that smooth as compared to other products in the market

It is very time saving application for documents management. It automate my whole process of document management & sharing. It ensure robust collaboration across all the teams. Application is very cost effective. Customer support always available to help. Modern & good looking User Interface i.e easy to use for anyone.

Cons

Initial workflow designing or customisation is complex or time consuming. large files takes too much time to share if we try to compress the files sometimes reduce the quality.

Pros

I like how easy it is to organize and find documents. Sharing files with my team is simple, and the search feature saves a lot of time. The interface is clean, so it didn’t take long to get comfortable using it.

Cons

Some advanced features were a little confusing at first, and a few pages can feel a bit slow when working with large files. Other than that, I haven’t had any major issues.

My overall experience with Revver has been very good .It has helped us in improving collaboration in the team , and also made tasks so simple and automated for us .

Pros

Honestly the thing which I like the most is the Automation provided by the product like it automates document management and file sharing . it helps us a lot for these purposes by reducing time to do so.

Cons

Actually I think , the User Interface can be improved a bit because it feels dated , also it can be a bit pricey for smaller teams , except this everything is okay

The thing which I like the most is Ai smart suite and automation like they automatically extract metadata from the documents and put it in the right folder.

Cons

I think there is no visual drag and drop editor in this product is it becomes complex for conditional routing logic except this everything is fine.

Pros

As a dermatologist and medical educator, I work with different types of documents every day, including patient education materials, clinical references, training presentations, and administrative records. One of the biggest advantages of Revver has been keeping all these documents organized in one place. Earlier, finding older files or the latest version of a document could sometimes take longer than expected. With Revver, documents are much easier to organize, search, and retrieve whenever they are needed. Cons

The only challenge I experienced was during the initial setup. Organizing existing documents and understanding some of the available options required a little time. Since the platform offers many features, it took some exploration to decide which workflow suited my practice best. Once everything was organized, using the software became much more straightforward.

Being an MBBS, MD (Obstetrics & Gynecology) professional, I regularly work with patient documentation, department records, teaching material, and health education content. With Revver, documents can be stored, organized, searched, and shared from one place. This has made managing patient-related files, departmental records, presentations, and educational documents much easier. It has also improved coordination because everyone can access the required documents without unnecessary confusion. For my work, Revver has helped make document management more structured while reducing the time spent searching for files. It keeps important records organized and supports day to day clinical, academic, and administrative activities in a simple and efficient way.
