Pros I have used this software since 2005. It gets bigger and better each new year. The ease of use is outstanding. The storage of all of my records make it so much easier to find if and when needed. My files are in order and very reachable with just a couple of key strokes. Cons The only thing I would want is a smaller version, for I do not use all of its features. We find it most helpful that eFileCabinet allows for a safe way to virtually file our variety of documents. The support team for eFileCabinet is quick and easy to work with if you have any issues. Cons It takes a bit of time getting used to all of the options on eFileCabinet but there is help if you need it. The versatility this product offers in naming your files as if they are in your filing cabinet sitting in your office is unsurpassed. Yes it is virtual office filing cabinet, because you have accessibility no matter where you are, you are not limited to running back to the office to "grab that file". Pros Load up your stuff and it is wherever you are. If your co-worker or boss is out of the office and needs to look at something right away, you can drop it into the system and they can view it, download, print it, whatever they need to do from where they are. Since we went paperless with eFileCabinet, productivity has gone up. Our processes are much improved since we have access to our files virtually anywhere. Pros Easy to set up, easy to use. All the history of our clients' tax returns is accessible in the event that they need copies. Pros It's easy to access, save and find the files I'm looking for. Cons 1) It lacks an interface with our Tax Software. 2) There is a problem with the email function, in that I have to send a blank email, no notes, subject, or signature. What I end up having to do is to drag items to a separate folder and send from my documents folder.
