It's a pressure to share my personal experience and recommend it for team work not personal work, a lot of features that are nore of team than personal

Find a system to keep all documents/ photos/ future project plans and design site architecture plans after full customization with Google analytics and spreadsheetings

Cons

Getting work out of drafts to final stage that can be sent for further action like printing out takes time and costly. Sharing from one disc is another only happens online

Set-up has taken longer than we had been informed by the senior team. How'ver with few features functioning, we have been able to fix ourselves in using them promptly

Overall, when using this tool, particularly for document management and file sharing, you do not need external storage because it has cloud storage where your files and documents can be stored and accessed when needed for editing and modification. You can also share them easily, and they can be exported to external devices when needed in different formats as well.

Pros

I'm impressed with the easiest way of accessing the customer support area. This is directly via contact or by email if not contacting them directly. It has a very good way of accessing customer support, and they are available 24/7, so you can call and consult in case of any limitation or issue, and it is resolved at any time. In terms of document management and integration services, for example, when you have integration issues, you can call the integration consultant team, and it is able to provide the needed support in time.

Cons

I have not faced any challenges when using Revver because anyone who works with document editing and management tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other related tools can easily use it without any extra training or knowledge.

Overall, my experience with revver has been positive. it helped me improve document organization, made collaboration easier across teams and reduced the time spent searching for files and the basic text editing capabilities are sufficient for everyday docs related tasks. the platform offers good balance of functionality and ease of use for everyday document management. Overall it is good value for money platform!

Pros

Revver made it much easier to organize and manage documents in one place. the search feature works well, file sharing is straightforward, and the workflow automation helps reduce manual work. I also found the interface fairly easy to navigate after a short learning period. customer support has also been responsive whenever assistance was needed.

Cons

some of the advance features can take time to understand especially when setting up workflows or permissions. there were also a few moments where platform felt a bit slow when handling larger document libraries, but nothing that significantly affected daily use.

What I love about Revver is how organized it makes the document management and file sharing. It is very easy to use also and storing searching and accesing files are also very easy.

I think the platfrom takes some time to learn in the beginning because there are so many features. Except that else is fine

Pros

a) Organizes all sorts of files that are entered into a workspace. b) can be logined onto two different computers while editing same document without crashing. C) Freely restored accidently deleted files and restore them to their respective folders. D) makes sharing large files more convenient and fast

a) Tracking large files is hard. b) Support team response is slow. c) There are limited characters supported while using Automatic editing option

Creat, I was able to use it across different computers while editing or working on a single project and everything seemed effective and very direct

Pros

I can co-generate, improve and send/share spreadsheet and other types of documents. Other functionality is that I can manually backup many PDF files

Cons

It's complicated to trouble shoot for minor mistakes while uploading already typed and previously stored files
