We tried it for about a year and decided it was not for us.

Pros

We liked that we could purchase texts in smaller increments.

Cons

We did not like that the text messages look so automated and impersonal. That is why we switched to Text Request.

Flexible, reliable and secure software.

Pros

I was happy to learn that this software could be applied on my industry. Rumors had it that it's all about healthcare businesses. I beg to defer since Text-Em-All has worked perfectly well for me. It makes work easy and enjoyable. Am glad for the easy to use dashboard. Real time notifications and quick response. Try it and implementation will be smooth for you.

Cons

Everything is great about Text-Em-All. Their terms and conditions are favourable and easy to follow. No challenges.

Text em all is a great platform with superb functionality. IT has allowed me to streamline my employee base. The program takes the place of 1 to 2 employees for me

Cons

Has some minor issues with the set up and it took 24 hour for reply,although my issue was resolved expeditiously.

Pros

I like the reporting to tell you who has received the message and who has not. I can then follow up with those people.

Cons

When I am typing in a message to one person, there is a delay in between each letter that I type. It is annoying.

It helped us continue being in touch with members of our group at the time of a global crisis. In that sense, it increased our efficiency both time- and productivity-wise.

Pros

I love that Call-Em-All is a great tool to make regular and occasional correspondences easier and less stressful in the days of the pandemic. It is convenient and very user-friendly even if you are not particularly comfortable using different softwares.

Cons

My experience with the software is rather limited, yet I have not had really any issues so far.

It made communication easier and more efficient during the pandemic. It is a real time and energy (stress) saver.

Pros

I love that Call-Em-All is a very convenient tool to communicate with members of our groups (could be used for different groups – nature, size, etc. It is very user-friendly, and it allows us to set up calls and texts days in advance without having to worry about forgetting! It makes regular and occasional correspondence much easier especially in the uncertain times of COVID-19.

Cons

I have yet to find any issues with this product. The format is pretty simple which serves the purpose anyways.

We use Call-Em-All to inform customers of parts received and repairs completed. Easy, peasy.

Pros

In today's fast paced world, Call-Em-All is a breath of fresh air. It is surprisingly easy to use--easier than buying on Amazon! You are led through the process with prompts and only takes seconds to use. The cost is minimal and well worth it.

Cons

I've yet to find any problems with this product. The option to add number individually or download a group is a plus.
