My company uses the service to send messages out to employees letting them know they if a certain document needs to be turned in that has expired or if they are eligible for benefits. Our safety department also uses the software to keep employees up to date on training.

Pros

Ease of use Convenience factor User Friendly

Cons

Limited characters when sending out a text, but I'm not that's not your rule

We used to call patrons when their materials were available, but it was a tedious and manual process. Using Call-Em-All frees up staff to interact with and assist more patrons.

Pros

Call-Em-All is easy to use and quick to set up. Start to finish is only a couple of minutes.

Cons

It conflicts with the Do Not Call registry, so those patrons will not be contacted.

Mu overall experience with Call-em All is definitely positive and I would recommend them.

Pros

It is a real time saver, making numerous calls with little effort on my part. I use it daily to contact hundreds of contractors using very little time on my part.

Cons

I'm not sure that I like the updated version as much as the previous one.

Before CEA we were making hundreds of calls by hand, listening to endless voicemail recording. It was painstaking. CEA takes the pain away!

Pros

That we are able to create groups and adjust(adding/deleting)as needed.

Cons

When using a previously sent text group message I am not able to use the "reuse this group" feature that is available on the voice messages. I have to go thru a few steps to reuse a saved grouping that is inconvenient at times.

My overall experience with Call-Em-All has been good, this is a tool we use to get in contact with teammates all at one and without the hassle of picking up the phone and talking to people individually.

Pros

What I like the most about this software is the fact that I can reach my teammates without having to pick up the phone, is easy and convenient.

Cons

I haven't had any issues with this software when I use it so I don't have anything negative to say about them. Has worked for me and my company.

the ease of call outs and the time to do them

Pros

the ease of calling and texting to more EE at once insread of calling each one individually.

Cons

i would like to see in the setting of having the option to set the number of items on a page instead of having to adjust each time. ie. on the home page the broadcast having only 10 per page or conversations same thing

The ease of usage, expedited recipient notifications and Spanish symbols recognition is a must for our need and all are provided by this company. I've very satisfied and recommend this service to everyone I speak with.

Ease of use and speed. Immediate receipt for recipient!

There is nothing to dislike about this software.

Text em all is a great platform with superb functionality. IT has allowed me to streamline my employee base. The program takes the place of 1 to 2 employees for me

Has some minor issues with the set up and it took 24 hour for reply,although my issue was resolved expeditiously.

Pros

This is so easy to use, simply input your call database and record a message. It will call for you and then send you a report. This is great for our non-profit announcing when we are speaking in the area.

I like the reporting to tell you who has received the message and who has not. I can then follow up with those people.

Cons

When I am typing in a message to one person, there is a delay in between each letter that I type. It is annoying.

Reason for choosing Text-Em-All

Another division had success with it.

I believe it helped with employee retention because we were better able to communicate large changes or even minor changes, to everyone, all at once.

Pros

This was some of the first software that we used to call or notify groups at once. It was extremely easy to use and I loved that you knew instantly who received the call/message and who didn't. It made identifying employees who's information was out of date, very easy. Took away the excuse of "we didn't know" substantially.

Cons

When importing lists, if the setup wasn't the exact same, it wouldn't take import. So, unless you had a working knowledge of Excel, it could become a difficult task, simply importing data.

Ease of use, calls are sent out very quickly, get a report on what calls went through to live person, voice mail, or failed.

Cons

The emails when the calls are complete only go to the main user of the account. It would be nice if each user could get the email when the calls are completed.

Pros

How great it is to meet multiple people at once for the same exact reason? It saves valuable time and money for our staffing side of the company.

Cons

I wouldn't say their is any software cons, just simple user error cons at times.

It made communication easier and more efficient during the pandemic. It is a real time and energy (stress) saver.

Pros

I love that Call-Em-All is a very convenient tool to communicate with members of our groups (could be used for different groups – nature, size, etc. It is very user-friendly, and it allows us to set up calls and texts days in advance without having to worry about forgetting! It makes regular and occasional correspondence much easier especially in the uncertain times of COVID-19.

Cons

I have yet to find any issues with this product. The format is pretty simple which serves the purpose anyways.

blasting / texting out information to our staff - it's quick! For some reason they respond to it quicker than email.

Cons

Skips - We've been told by our staff that the audio (sounds) sometimes overlap during the call while leaving the message.
