Pros: Software is fairly user friendly

Cons: Customer support and implementation team is horrible.

Overall: We used Timecentre 7.0 for years and had no problems. Due to some reporting that the state is requiring us to do, we were told we had to upgrade to Timecentre 8.0. We have been implementing since August, and their implementation team still hasn't completed our system setup. Our training sessions were useless, as the trainers weren't prepared and didn't have the system set up to do the training. The support team does not even answer our emails. I still have issues with Holidays that have been going on since November (its February) that no one will get back to me about. They gave us a fingerprint time clock, and it won't capture some of our employees finger prints, and no one will answer my emails about that, going back to November as well. If you call the support number, no one answers and voicemails aren't returned. I've asked to speak to a supervisor, and so has my boss, and we have gotten no where. The phone is answered by the people we want to talk to a supervisor about, and they won't let us talk to anyone in charge. The reason we switched was to run the reports for the state, and the reports are still not set up either. Extremely dissatisfied with TimeCentre

Recommendations to other buyers: I would not recommend this software at all, only because the support staff is so horrible.
