Pros su facilidad de uso, que es un programa muy adaptado a nuestras necesidades, el seguimiento por parte de la empresa con las reuniones semanales, que se adapta a cada tipo de perfil, lo puede usar desde un usuario basico a un usuario muy avanzado. Cons son menus muy amplios, dominar el programa en profundidad es complejo, el interfaz es un poco anticuado. Pros En mi compañía, a pesar de llevar varios años instalado, estamos empezando a conocerlo ahora. Es fácil de usar, intuitivo y con facilidad para buscar la información deseada. Diferentes utilidades para crear información a través de clientes, usuarios, etc. Cons La programación inicial es compleja, demasiadas variables hasta conseguir la programación y datos adaptados a cada centro de trabajo.
