I have been stuck on several integration issues. You will not get a person on the phone and if you leave a message you can expect a call in a day or two. Good luck being in your office or near your computer when they do call back. Spent 20K on this and we are stuck. They have a chat feature, they do respond but only with links to support sites. It is providing us with information we want and is very user friendly. The only con so far are the reports are limited and are not flexible. Customer Service has been excellent. They respond quickly and they are able to understand our specific needs and applications to help resolve unexpected issues. The software itself is very intuitive to use. Depending on your industry it has pros and cons, but we've found it highly useful as both a POS software and in its manufacturing/inventory capabilities. December 22, 2015 4.0 PROS: Customer support is always prompt in returning calls and very helpful. I like the UPS ready feature, there are some issues with it, but overall its pretty good. Very user friendly, training staff is excellent. CONS: The chat option is kind of worthless, no one on there can ever help and refer you to call. Prior to Fishbowl Inventory, we really did not have a reliable inventory tracking system. We purchased Fishbowl in 2008. Installation was a breeze, it integrates with Quick Books, and is extremely reliable. Fishbowl support is very helpful and knowledgeable. Since installing Fishbowl Inventory and Fishbowl Mobile Warehouse, inventory loss has decreased by around 63%. Best investment we have made. Review Source JH Jennifer H. I was very excited about getting this product, but because of the service, I am quite disappointed. It is a decent product, but without any support, it's very frustrating. Cons Customer service! My rep was always available, even returning calls when he was not working and was very patient in listening and providing advise. As with any software, every business will have its on set of issue that requires tweaks and modifications. Fishbowl has eliminated so many issues that plagued us when using Quickbooks for inventory control and manufacturing. There was a small learning curve, maybe 3 to 6 months, but it was nothing in relationship to using QB. We like Fishbowl and wouldn't live without it now. For a small to medium size business, Fishbowl is the perfect way to control inventory and manufacturing. Pros Fishbowl integrates with QuickBooks and is perfect for an eCommerce seller who uses Amazon and eBay to sell various items. Our favorite feature is the ability to have multiple pricing levels for multiple products and multiple customers. The options are limitless. We also love the ability to buy in bulk, case or pallet quantities and sell by individual units. I think the reporting tool needs some work, but since Fishbowl is so easily integrated with Quickbooks, many of our reports are run through Quickbooks. Review Source MS Moha S.
