I like the Sales Order Entry and Inventory.

Cons

I do not like the email process for emailing customer's order confirmations. The customer profile could be better with more contact information.

Pros

I love that support is getting much faster and response times are lessening significantly. Support has been very beneficial.

Cons

Sometimes support personnel are not the "subject matter expert" or things that are suggested that would seem logical are missing. When you submit something to ideas@fishbowl, you do not hear back on a direction or response.

the support system is very good and I only sent the screenshot for my fishbowl problem and the agent knows what is the cause of the problem

Cons

time difference, when I want to schedule a meeting or support assistant, I need to wait the time where the agent will be available to support me.

Overall, Fishbowl has been able to help answer questions. I think some of the reports that we have to pay for should be included and are necessary for most companies to view.

Pros

Inventory and parts/products are easy to access.

Cons

The accounting/integration process. Customer statements don’t accurately reflect their account status. Credits not included and can’t be applied per remittance.

Overall, I feel that Fishbowl shines in warehouse tracking and production workflows, but it does come with a learning curve.

Pros

My favorite thing about Fishbowl is that it is a powerful inventory and manufacturing management solution, especially for businesses that have outgrown basic systems like QuickBooks inventory.

Cons

My least favorite thing about it was that it is not very intuitive at first. Training is often required to use it effectively.

So far it has been amazing and reassuring, they have been very transparent about timelines and the implementation process.

Pros

Ease of use, the helpfulness of my project manager. Since I have decided to switch from a different ERP system, everyone I have come into contact with at Fishbowl has been exceptional.

Cons

I don't love the multiple steps to set things up for a user and their access. I understand having to make sure that the access is set up just right but I do believe there could be an ease to this process.

### "Its Okay could use improvements"

Its okay, I wish it works better with shift for shop better.

Pros

when it works as its intended to its good.

Cons

There is not batch scanning of work orders to a particular department. I have to scan a work order, select category, scroll down o more, then scroll down to a department and save. I usually have 100 to 200 work orders a day to scan like this and its time consuming.

Pros

There are two things I like most about Fishbowl: its versatility & customer support. Regarding versatility, it can fit a wide range of different needs specific to different business. Regarding customer service, the reps. are knowledgeable and they will stick with you patiently until your issues are solved & questions are answered.

Cons

The only con for Fishbowl would be that not everything in Fishbowl is intuitive. Staff must get training on how to use the Software. However, it's not difficult to learn, but you must know what you are doing.

Happy with Fishbowl because it is, reliable, not buggy, and provide many functions and reports.

Pros

I like the way you can have multi layers of Bill of materials, I like the way you can choose to value your inventory between, Average, fifo, and Lifo. The support team is respectful and responsive.

Cons

The link between fishbowl and QB seems to have on going breakdowns. I wish there was a way to mass update the bill of material part costs from the bill of materials report. I wish there was a report to total the bill of material wieght.

In this day and age with “Chat” help it is fantastic that I was able to have “live” help instantly and \[sensitive content hidden\] was fantastic and she answered my questions and helped me understand how the software worked regarding my original issue and how to use the software on many other issues. I will recommend Fishbowl to all my current and future clients.

Pros

As I learn more about it - it is very good. As far as customer support - I am blown out of the water on how responsive and helpful \[sensitive content hidden\] was.

Cons

Nothing - Over the recent years I have had terrible software support for my clients - it was breath of fresh air speaking with \[sensitive content hidden\] !

10/10 would recommend to other companies needing a Inventory Management Software. It does that same if not more than other software's' for a very reasonable price

Pros

How user friendly it is as a inventory system. I came in with no experience and learnt what I needed to fairly quickly

Cons

There was an update that wiped our system so we aren't sure what we could have done to prevent that. I cant really say that its a con ;moreover an inconvenience

So far I would give it about a seven and a half out of 10

Pros

I like the convenience of moving inventory from the main screen. I was a former box storm customer and I was pleased with the easiness of transferring our information over as well. It was quick and efficient.

Cons

Coming from boxstorm, there were a few features that I really appreciate having that Fishbowl does not yet have. One feature is not being able to see reorder points on the mobile app. I wish also that the pictures of the items I transferred over would have been implemented as well.

The weeks prior we have encountered series of server downs.

Pros

1\. Purchasing module - order management. Easy to create/issue POs. And flexibility in revising POs for tracking purposes. 2. Tech support - those I have encountered with so far are knowledgeable and has truly helped.

Cons

1\. Procurement report formats when exported to csv/xls. There are data that is supposed to be in column rather than rows. 2. Conversion in UoMs, at least for our company we really haven't figured out how the conversion works and how it will provide Purchasing a good idea of how much to order based on purchasing UoM.

Software can be improved but I love the customer service and support.

Pros

It serves the majority of our needs well for the size of our company.

Cons

Not user friendly for an Apple user. Some drop down menu gets hidden and Apple user is not able to select the options. We also can't manage inventory in our sales channels from Fishbowl which is a very big thing. Also the customer information management is lacking. Need to have company and also contact details separately and this needs to sync properly with Quickbooks.

Overall great, really useful for SMEs and with interesting pricing. Also offers a wide portfolio of functionalities and applications converging together

Pros

Simple and straight to the point, for small and medium businesses getting into more advanced stage than spreadsheets, but not yet ready for costly and complex ERP. Flexible software, well integrated with QuickBook and cheap.

Cons

Old user interface and limited native extracts and reporting capabilities, aside core strength inventory management functionalities
