Do not waste your time and headache with no help. Do more research and avoid fishbowl. The system needs probably 2 more years before it is really ready for use. They just want money so the rolled it out. Pros You can see inventory levels on what is actually in your warehouse, what has been allocated and what is also incoming. Cons Everything else about the system. They have the worse customer service i have ever seen. The system is extremely limited on its abilities to do anything. Drive is new and not ready to be used. It allows for a lot of customization which is great for organizations that have warehouse practices outside the standard norms. The remote assist is amazing and super helpful (never had a bad experience with this). Pros Helpful Integration Team, we are using the system primarily for manufacturing inventory management, and were able to find ways to use functions in various ways to give the outcome we were looking for. Cons Time: the whole process took about a month, which is about what i had expected, but wish we weren't down without a system for such an extended period, but that is partially because we had some hiccups on our end! It's harder to correct mistakes (such as clicking too fast or on the wrong key) and some things I wish the software was better geared towards software such as QB when it comes to Accounting related subjects. Pros I like that the FB system doesn't allow you to do anything unless Inventory shows the product and that you need to make the necessary adjustments to be able to move forward with an order. I would not recommend using this software or paying this company a dime to use this product. They do not have the best interest in their customers. They just want to receive their money and move on. It is sad they took advantage and manipulated of a small business to receive a check. So ethically wrong. Pros Ideally, it was a great concept. The sale representatives are money hungry and will do anything to make a sale even when it will not work for your company. Cons Our company was lied to so we would purchase this software back in 2020. When we entered the training, we realized we had to manually import and export our data from Quicksbooks to Fishbowl. Something that was not going to work for us. We made this clear and was overlooked. We then kept receiving emails asking to pay for the new year's subscription. Still no way to fix this issue for us nor refund. We paid thousands of dollars for a system that was promised to work for our company, was lied to, no refund and the kept getting asked to pay for the upcoming year... talk about unprofessionalism and money hungry. Pros Inventory system is intuitive. Ability to assign access right to users. Cons Manufacturing module is cumbersome Sometimes product updates disable features that were available before, such as a couple of years ago, we could be looking at a part and hit the "To Inventory" button and be able to adjust quantities. Now only those who are able to create parts have the "To Inventory" button available. I want almost everyone to be able to adjust inventory levels, but next to no one able to create parts.
