It did everything I needed it to do. It seemed to have most capabilities, but it was not exactly seamless use.

Cons

The layout was not simple or user friendly. We did not have access to map view to see customers by area.

The customer support is paramount to any CRM we have experienced! Claritysoft is a program that is easy to use, gives all the information needed, and allows for customization that fits what we are looking for.

Claritysoft had been not only the most cost effective but has been very easy to use and have multiple users using. It has never been down and is always updating to better versions.

Pros

Easy to use has a lot of features easy to add in and to migrate from other systems. Works well with add ons/extensions

Cons

Unable to love things out of the list into their own separate categories. Took a bit to get the migration of data in the right spaces.

Overall my experience with Claritysoft CRM has been pretty mid but it gets the job done. The core features for managing contacts, deals, and email logging work reliably enough for basic needs, so we can get through our day-to-day tasks without major problems. However, it lacks polish in areas like the mobile app and doesn’t offer many standout or advanced capabilities compared to other CRMs. It’s a functional, no-frills option that does what we need without being exceptional.

Pros

One of the best things about Claritysoft CRM is that you can send emails directly from within the platform and they are automatically logged against the contact or deal. This saves a lot of time because you don’t have to switch between your email client and the CRM or manually copy information over. Having the full communication history in one place makes it much easier to stay organized and keep everyone on the team up to date.

Cons

The mobile app is hard to use and feels clunky on a phone or tablet. Navigation isn’t very intuitive, buttons and menus are difficult to tap accurately, and some features that work fine on the desktop version are frustrating or nearly unusable on mobile. It would be a big improvement if the app was redesigned to be more responsive and mobile-friendly, especially for anyone who needs to check or update information while out of the office.

Claritysoft is pretty useful in organizing information about clients, but there is definitely a learning curve to be able to get the most out of the software.

Pros

I find it pretty straightforward to use and the information is generally well organized for what I do.

Cons

It can be a bit tedious to update information that is repetitive and stays the same between weeks, especially when meetings are at the same time each week with the same billing rate, etc.

My overall experience with Claritysoft has been fantastic! I have recommended this platform to other people in my line of work.

Pros

Claritysoft helps manage my in-field schedule for chemical testing in a huge way. Calendar integration makes it simple. The most valuable aspect of this platform is the incredibly great technical customer support.

Cons

When we first onboarded Claritysoft, I had minor issues printing out a single page for each in-field appointment. This was quickly resolved with customer support and it was on MY end. I just needed guidance on how to do it.

Overall, I like ClaritySoft, but I have had to get far more creative with building out the quote templates than I ever thought I would. I spend an inordinate amount of time updating templates, calculated fields, and price lists.

Pros

I like that ClaritySoft is affordable, especially on a per-user basis. Support has also been generally good.

Cons

Claritysoft is not nearly customizable enough, and does not support the us of global constants, such as labor rates, service rates, zones, zone fees, etc which could be referenced in calculated fields throughout the application. There is also no way to insert dynamic images or dynamic links into quote templates or sales templates. That would be a huge improvement. It would also be huge to allow for calculated fields and global constants in the price list. I am happy to provide examples if asked.

The customer service and implementation specialist I work with has been an amazing experience. It is by them alone that we have chosen ClaritySoft as our go to CRM.

Pros

Organized and easy manipulation of main screen/reports. This allowed me to gather custom reports quickly and efficiently to send into management.

We are a very custom manufacturing business and are not able to use the quote module. We tried several times but it just doesn't work with our style of business.

Overall, it's been a solid CRM for managing customer relationships and sales activities. It does what we need it to do and helps keep everything organized.

Pros

Claritysoft makes it easy to keep track of customers, quotes, follow-ups, and sales opportunities all in one place. It's simple to use, helps me stay organized, and has useful reporting tools that make it easy to track sales activity and performance. Also has an app!

Cons

We still use the offline version for creating quotes because the online version does not keep quote line items in the order they are selected. This creates extra work when building quotes and has prevented us from fully transitioning that process to the online platform. Other than that, the system works well for our needs.
