"Functional CRM that gets the basics done but mobile app needs work"

**Overall:** Overall my experience with Claritysoft CRM has been pretty mid but it gets the job done. The core features for managing contacts, deals, and email logging work reliably enough for basic needs, so we can get through our day-to-day tasks without major problems. However, it lacks polish in areas like the mobile app and doesn’t offer many standout or advanced capabilities compared to other CRMs. It’s a functional, no-frills option that does what we need without being exceptional.

**Pros:** One of the best things about Claritysoft CRM is that you can send emails directly from within the platform and they are automatically logged against the contact or deal. This saves a lot of time because you don’t have to switch between your email client and the CRM or manually copy information over. Having the full communication history in one place makes it much easier to stay organized and keep everyone on the team up to date.

**Cons:** The mobile app is hard to use and feels clunky on a phone or tablet. Navigation isn’t very intuitive, buttons and menus are difficult to tap accurately, and some features that work fine on the desktop version are frustrating or nearly unusable on mobile. It would be a big improvement if the app was redesigned to be more responsive and mobile-friendly, especially for anyone who needs to check or update information while out of the office.

"Clarity Soft is pretty good as a CRM for tutoring purposes."

**Overall:** Claritysoft is pretty useful in organizing information about clients, but there is definitely a learning curve to be able to get the most out of the software.

**Pros:** I find it pretty straightforward to use and the information is generally well organized for what I do.

**Cons:** It can be a bit tedious to update information that is repetitive and stays the same between weeks, especially when meetings are at the same time each week with the same billing rate, etc.
